Very convenient location, just 5 mins away from the milano centrale station, but service was a bit lacking. The counter has informed us that we could check out at 8am, but there was no one at the counter at 8:30am

酒店預訂時看到有含二份早餐，距離中心火車站也很近，覺得不錯也就預訂了。check in 的時候，感覺這家酒店衹是一棟樓裏的一層，沒有普通酒店的大廳、餐廳，問前台第二天的早餐在哪裡，告知我們沒有早餐。攜程APP明明顯示的是雙早，前台説看不懂中文，我讓他照片截圖在翻譯軟件上翻譯。我也告訴酒店早餐有咖啡麪包之類的就可以。由於我們提前到達我們先出門去吃午餐（入住等到下午三點以後）。回來後進入房間，酒店沒有告訴我們早餐在哪裡，我也不好意思一直問，想着一會他們會給我們早餐券什麼的。一直到晚上，想着這麼晚了，應該告訴我了吧，結果前台已關閉，無人值班。第二天早晨9點以後才有前台工作人員。有入住的客人在和前台諮詢，等了一會還沒有結束，一直到我退房也沒有酒店人員告訴我早餐在哪裡

Very convenient for Centrale station and comfortable bed, decent shower etc. It’s a slightly strange set up as it is on the first floor of what feels like an office or residential building, and there are limited facilities etc but for a short stay I would recommend it. You can get the Metro from Centrale to all the main sites, and it’s very quick. I stayed overnight and had a morning to explore and was able to walk around a lot of the key sites.

Milan very near the station which is good 3-5 min walk. Very clean-sterile. Helpful guys at reception.You have to ring bell from street when first arrive. Does not look like hotel from Street a little disconcerting. Hotel on first floor. There is a lift. We felt safe.

Hotel was very convenient to the train station but still quiet enough from outside noise. Made for a great short stay location. Very clean and cozy for our family of 3. Would use it again!
