Had an issue which the hotel resolved appropriately. Staff are kind and friendly. Swimming pool and hot springs very pleasant, and at a cheap price. Breakfast was Yunnan noodles, egg, and congee. Can park car onsite and take pets.
Overall good stay, hotel could do with a clean up/refurbishing

It's comfortable to stay in this hotel on such a hot day. You can swim in the bubble hot spring and take a walk by the lake to see the scenery. Take a dip before going to bed at night. It's very comfortable. great place

很糟糕的一次旅程，本來是臨時決定的行程，因為正逢清明假期，在攜程上訂到了房間才決定出發的，200多公里，駕車兩個多小時才到，還帶着兩娃，結果來到酒店前台跟我説他們有個新來的工作人員房間沒有作預留，那不是我的問題啊，我訂單確認的才出發的，我就靜靜等待他們處理，結果前台大姐説因為是他們工作人員的問題，給我優惠100塊錢，換一個不帶泡池的套房，聽着就來氣，開什麼玩笑，我定的是帶泡池的套房，本來就比她説的不帶泡池的貴一百多，而且我們就是蹦着私湯去的，説的是人話嗎？我沒同意，結果又説給我升級一個庭院私湯的套房，讓我等着打掃衞生，等了快一個小時，我等不得了，自己去看了房間，老闆也出來解釋了，説這個庭院私湯套房到下午四點了衞生還沒搞好是因為玻璃門碎了，沒有門，這不是開玩笑嗎，沒有門怎麼睡，經過再三協調，老闆親自出馬給協調了兩個挨着的房間，帶娃是真不方便，不過來都來了，又是假期，訂房也不好定，衹能接受了。這衹是房間的一個插曲，最糟糕的是晚上睡覺，居然有無數小強在床頭爬，把小孩嚇得一夜無眠，再也不會選擇這家酒店了。
