I see they have 7 on booking, they should change in Phoenix5….i give 5 to most important services of this hotel. The only good thing is the bed, close to SCS Wien and the pillows. We had a room just furnished but with corkroaches in the room , the pineapple from breakfast has little flees , and coffee? The worst….

Das Hotel hält nicht was es verspricht. Die Bilder im Internet matchen überhaupt nicht mit der Realität. Das Haus wird nur halbherzig geführt und der Service ist schlecht. Die Zimmer sehen abgewohnt aus. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das schlechte Frühstück. Für 2 Personen haben wir 123€ pro Nacht bezahlt was absolut zu teuer ist für dieses Haus. Der Fokus der Besitzer liegt auf dem Restaurant im Erdgeschoss und das Hotel wird irgendwie nebenbei mitgeführt, was aber für ein Haus in dieser Preisklasse absolut inakzeptabel ist.

Sinceramente ? Pulizia scarseggia, e tanto. Materassi durissimi, la base o rete del letto lasciamo perdere. Condizionatori ingombranti e portatili, colazione...🤔 Ci siamo limitati solo ai prodotti confezionati, ma non perché albergo è gestito dai cinesi, ma perché tutto era appiccicoso 🙈Nessuno del personale non portava la mascherina e nessuno ci ha chiesto niente . Eravamo inesistenti 😏 L'unica cosa positiva il parcheggio...
