Holiday Inn Princeton, an IHG Hotel

Clean. Will surely book the same hotel when we get back to New Jersey.

I'm room was dirty, customer service was poor, there was no good places to order food from and when I try to talk to a manager about my complaint in the morning there was no manager they weren't trying to help give me a phone number or email to reach out to let them know that my bed sheets bloodstains on it and didn't want to help to change my room very very poor customer service

Cool service clean Comfortable rooms low incident deposits it’s definitely worth ya money and prices aren’t expensive either

This hotel was a disappoin**ent. The hallways reeked of ****. Not just a little, I’m talking about full on skunkfest as soon as you step out of the elevator. The room was no better. It was musty and smelled like old cigarette butts. It was dusty and mildewy as well. Everything was a little out of place and dated. The shower pressure was weak, the water was lukewarm and the toilet had trouble flushing. Worst of all the bathroom door didn’t close because the door and surrounding trim were swollen from humidity. The ac was loud and the filters were extremely dirty. Also be aware that checkout is 11 not noon like it says on the trip.com app. A complete disappoin**ent.

Absolutely love staying here. Always enjoy the nice quiet room, the wonderful staff at the front desk who greet you…I can not say enough good things about all of them. The very clean room is greatly appreciated. The hotel is not a 5 star hotel but it is quite comfortable for the price and clean which is very important. The breakfast however is an entirely different story. First off it must be included in your hotel rate. If not you do have the option to purchase the breakfast. The staff that runs this breakfast however stands there like the breakfast police watching everything you take and everything you do. No smiles. No good morning. Just eyes on you the entire time. We were very uncomfortable as was the table next to us. This is the one and only breakfast we will ever have there again. Definitely not worth it. Food is bland and fruit salad had brown marks on it. (On its way out) And to be clear the breakfast area/restaurant is not the hotels fault. They are two separate entities. Go for the hotel stay though, it is worth every cent. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the rooms.

A special shoutout to the front desk manager, Alisha. She just so happen to take my call when my accommodations needed to change due to a change of events for my son’s football tournament. She was very understanding, friendly, & willing to go over and beyond accommodating us all. And if you need room decorations for a special night, she’s your girl! I’ll definitely choose this hotel first if we should have anymore football tournaments!
