Staff didn’t write my room number down, WiFi would not work for UK my number. Basic room but clean.

Needs maintenance and it needs air conditioning, We stayed in room 121. Ground floor and it had no air conditioning. Also paint in ceiling in the shower was falling off. Breakfast was typical continental with some options for fruit. Staff tried to help but could not move us as fully booked. Thanks

Located at the beautiful lake of Ägeri this Hotel has nice and rooms, friendly staff, amenities (that I didn’t get to use because I was busy otherwise) and I nice breakfast buffet, would definitely recommend this place to others.

The man at reception was not motivated at all and the reception was very cold.
The room was only moderately clean and there were socks and chewing gum from the previous guest in the closet.
The eggs and sausages at breakfast in the morning were only lukewarm. The cheese was dried out and the sausages had been on the buffet for a while. A real shame for a 4-star hotel.

Once again we were spoiled. Also worth mentioning is the spacious and bright restaurant and the friendly service. The breakfast buffet is very extensive - top notch. The room met our expectations (modern and functional furnishings).

Beautiful hotel. Perfect for seminars or training courses, as the hotel is really designed for such events. For a holiday stay, the rooms are not comfortable enough and there is not enough space, despite the superior room. Food and service are excellent.

We enjoyed a very good dinner. We really appreciated the small aperitif plate. The plates were beautifully presented. The service was great and very friendly. We will definitely come back.
