The hotel property is too far from market, like its in village area. Resort is not maintained properly, like its walls are not painted after rain, washroom fittings have problems so me and my friend had to change the hotel after reaching there. The staff was good although. The owner of this property has 2 other hotel properties too which are really good. So i asked them to transfer my hotel in their another hotel and they did thankfully. The hotel 'royal palace' was very good and staff was also very co-operative. The resort could have been really wonderful if maintained properly.

As i hv spoken over mobile, this property should be blacklisted from your list. Ask the supervisor who has selected this property. 1) huge rate 2) no kitchen ( than also they are claiming around rs 1500- per person for breakfast ! 3) no security 4) stinking rooms. Many more reason. Please refund the amount.

The resort has good campus but the service could be better. We asked for ac remote, but they didn't provide us even after telling them multiple times. The landline wasn't working. No wi-fi service available. Breakfast was okay. Omlette sandwich and other poha was good but up-ma was not up to the mark. Other thing is parking area is limited. Only plus point is it's proximity to nakki lake.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

Great experience. Was there to attend a Wedding and stayed overnight. The place was well maintained throughout the property. It has two lawns. The terrace area outlooks green acres behind the property which gives an ecstasy to the eyes. The rooms are well spaced with window views of the property lawns or greenery behind. The staffs are very warm at their service and do take care of their guests even after the check out if waiting in the lounge area. The parking space too is huge with no scope of congestion.

This place is awesome. Proper value for money place. Nice and clean rooms. Beautiful ambience. Very cooperative staff. Food is also good and fairly priced. However, they have only eight rooms which fill fast. Advanced booking recommend for peak times.

People drink in open , i advise families not to stay at this place. it is not safe.

We had a lovely stay at this property the place is very nice, the climate was too cool and wonderful. The food was very good and service was nice. It's a located close to nakki still in a peaceful area. The staff was very good. Had bonfire with dinner and it was a lovely time . The resort is very good for relaxing holiday.

We had a wonderful saty at this beautiful property, it's location is just superb close to nakki yet in a peaceful area. The property has a very good vibe, it's very good for couples and friends at it has very beautifully maintained lawn and the food is just delicious. Overall this property is very good nature friendly but take the room no 001 best room with best view and a private sitting space . The staff was really welcoming and helpful.
