Gramado Mountain view Hotels

Café da manhã excelente. O Hotel possui uma área com piano e violão, ótimo para os hospedes que gostam de tocar e escutar músicas.

The very beautiful hostel, the staff very careful. Breakfast with many varieties, very tired! I didn't like the bathroom, the coating seemed to be reused from another place, for example, there were hole hole in the floor that it was given to realize that they were not made there, but used in another place and reused. I also thought the bathroom box was cleaned better, there were many black points in the coating and floor that a hypochlorite would have easily removed, and that was the worst for me.

É muito bom ,só poderia melhorar no café da manhã pois é um pouco fraco ,mais atendimento excelente.

Quarto limpo e organizado, só o que acaba com o ambiente são os vendedores de cotas que mal você sai do café já estão lhe incomodando. Já não basta na cidade de Gramado que está horrível andar agora vendedores dentro do hotel. Não me hospedarei novamente devido a esse incômodo!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a região central, funcionários muito atenciosos, porém claramente falta manutenção há muito tempo. Estive no hotel em 2019 e retornei agora em 2025, e praticamente todas as áreas estão bem degradadas. Até mesmo o espaço Kids, maior atrativo para famílias com crianças, está com brinquedos sem manutenção e com grande cheiro de mofo.
