Highly recommend!!! This place is hassle-free and has a friendly atmosphere. We booked for four nights and had a great experience every day. The owner is incredibly honest and even picked us up in his car. My family and I are all a bit of a germaphobe, but this place was perfect for us! The rooms and bathrooms were spotless. However, the view from the window of the room I booked wasn't great, so if that bothers you, think twice. But for me, it didn't matter since we were out exploring during the day anyway. The breakfast was really good. A bowl of rice noodles every day was so delicious! We didn't have to go out to eat, and no matter what time we got up, the owner would still make it for us without ever asking. The owner is also very generous, constantly offering fruit and snacks, even if you don't want them. He tells you which roads are easy to navigate and which places to avoid before you go out, and you can listen without question. It's so sweet! In short, I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Nuangui Homestay I sent emails to Nuangui via trip.com on 24 Nov and 30 Nov to arrange for complimentary pick up. I got no reply to my 2 emails. I telephoned Nuangui via trip.com on 1 Dec before flying out to TengChong, a lady answered the phone, she insisted she didn't receive my 2 emails, but promised to arrange pick up. When we arrived in TengChong we were picked up and dropped off at the entrance of HeShun and given a gps map sharing location and told to find our own way to the minsu after eating because their staff/boss refused to meet and greet us at the HeShun entrance. At the time it was around 9.30pm. Despite the gps map sharing, we spent a long time walking around dark, narrow, quiet streets of HeShun looking for something to eat and then later the minsu location. In the end we couldn't find the minsu. There was no one around to ask for durections and it was quite dark and very cold. By around 11.15pm we finally gave up looking and called the minsu to come and find us and take us to the minsu. They only answered after a few minutes of calling. It was lucky we insisted on calling, we would never have found the minsu by ourselves. The minsu itself was great, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient (when u know where it is and how to get there). The minsu staff took our luggage all the way, from the airport to the minsu, which was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it to the minsu if I had to carry my own luggage because a lot of the HsShun streets are uneven, uphill and many steps. The only hic up was the bath, originally we thought it wasn't working because there was no hot water coming out from the hot water tap. After 3 nights of stay, we later found out that the taps were installed incorrectly, C water tap meant hot water and the other way round. Also, even though staying in minsu in HeShun, you still have to pay entrance tickets, that wasn't pointed out on the minsu details.

The service was exceptionally attentive. After booking, they contacted us in advance to arrange airport pickup. Upon arrival, the hotel manager upgraded our room and even helped deliver our luggage. The lake view room with a hot spring bath was an absolute delight. Watching the sunset while soaking in the hot springs allowed you to fully experience the unique charm of Heshun Ancient Town. The room also provided a wide variety of snacks, including delicious homemade yogurt. The hotel manager even gave us some of his own ancient tree black tea. Our two-night stay was truly wonderful, and the trip to Heshun Ancient Town was well worth it.

The location is fantastic, very close to all the city attractions, and it's super convenient for taxis and food delivery. Since it's located inside a villa complex, it's also very quiet at night. We came with elders and kids and booked a family room on the ground floor with a yard. We could sunbathe in the yard in the afternoon, and there was even a osmanthus tree that was still blooming in December – it smelled amazing! The owner is incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering recommendations for attractions and dining spots, and even paying attention to the kids' needs, which was really great. On our departure day, our flight was quite early, and we were worried about missing breakfast. The owner specifically asked the cook to prepare breakfast earlier for us so we could have a hot meal before heading to the airport. We couldn't book a hot spring room this time, but we'll definitely try it on our next visit!

Originally came to see the ginkgo trees in autumn, but half of the yellow leaves can not see ＞_＜::: Fortunately, I lived in a hotel with temperature. Not only the environment is comfortable, the equipment is complete, but also the hot spring can be soaked. You can live in without bringing anything ^o^ And the old lady will also decide Timedhou asked you to drink tea cooked in the carbon stove in the small courtyard and eat freshly baked tofu/fritters with sauce. . . There are also guests from all over the place to chat. I can't see the yellow leaves, and I feel full. Slow life in the ancient city, meet new friends, feel the fireworks on earth.

The hotel housekeeper Xiao Cha was very nice. He was very patient in communicating before the trip and provided excellent service during the trip. I forgot my hat in the ancient town store after breakfast. I remembered it during the tour and called Xiaocha to help me go to the store to check if it was still there. It was raining heavily in the ancient town that day. Xiaocha didn’t hesitate and quickly took the hat back to the hotel. It was very surprising. move. The hotel's breakfast is relatively clean and has local characteristics. It will be arranged in advance if you go out early. Take a hot spring bath every night and sleep comfortably. marvelous!

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was honestly one of the highlights of my trip to Tengchong. The location is absolutely beautiful. It’s tucked away in the mountains, surrounded by greenery and open fields, so it feels peaceful and secluded without being too far from the main attractions. Waking up to misty mountain views every morning was such a treat. The biggest reason I booked this place was the private hot spring, and it did not disappoint. The hot spring water comes directly from Rehai and is available 24/7. Having a private soaking pool in the courtyard was amazing—completely private, quiet, and perfect after a long day of exploring. After visiting Rehai and the surrounding attractions, soaking in the warm mineral water felt incredibly relaxing. My muscles felt less sore, and I slept so well afterward. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was soft, the bathroom was modern and well-maintained, and even the toiletries felt high quality. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. What really stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with fresh local fruit, and they took the time to explain how to use the hot spring and recommend places to visit nearby. They were always quick to help whenever we had questions. Breakfast here was delicious, with local Tengchong specialties like freshly cooked rice noodles and eggs. There’s also a nice spot to grab coffee and relax around the property. Whether you’re visiting as a couple, with family, or bringing your parents for a relaxing wellness getaway, I would definitely recommend this place. If I ever return to Tengchong, I’d stay here again without hesitation.

The room was quite spacious, but the bathroom facilities were a bit outdated. It's located on the edge of the ancient town, a bit far from the main area, so it's not recommended for elderly people with mobility issues. It's fine for young people, and you can even take a walk around Wild Duck Lake. The hot springs were okay, but perhaps because we went during the off-season, there were only two pools available, so the experience wasn't great when it was crowded. I highly recommend the nearby ”Mama's Taste” restaurant – it's incredibly delicious!

This time we came to Tengchong for a hot spring getaway, and my friends and I booked three rooms. We stayed in Heshun Ancient Town for the first two days, but the experience was quite average, so we decided to switch hotels and chose Angsana based on reviews. It turns out that was a great decision. The lobby was bright and clean, making a very good first impression. The entire resort grounds were well-landscaped with lots of greenery; walking around, the air felt incredibly fresh. The toiletries in the room smelled lovely, not like cheap artificial fragrances, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Manager Bill proactively contacted us to discuss our needs before check-in, and during our stay, he was very responsive and helpful whenever we had requests. His service attitude was excellent and attentive, truly commendable. For dinner, we went to the Banyan Tree restaurant next door, and the hotel provided a car to pick us up afterward, which was very convenient. The breakfast restaurant had a great view; sitting by the window enjoying breakfast was very pleasant, and the food was good, with some local specialties. On the second morning, I accidentally twisted my ankle coming out of the Budu Teahouse. I called for the shuttle, and it arrived very quickly, which was reassuring. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay; the service, environment, and attention to detail were all excellent. If you're coming to Tengchong for a hot spring vacation, Angsana is an excellent choice.

According to the check-in guidelines, I didn’t find Unit 19 in the community even after turning 4 or 5 laps. After I called, I added WeChat and then changed hands. I had to contact another person. When the customer service met, I said that the room was gone. I barely saw another set of shocking, it was actually comparable to a rough room, I asked, Customer service answer: If you can't live, the price is like this, or you can refund it. I also asked why you didn't see the room before coming. I insisted that I have never seen the room and the order map completely inconsistent. The customer service answer: It's just publicity... I saw the second set of the family and the young and old were tired, barely lived, and the stay experience was very poor. Swallow flies, I feel that if I don’t live in a villa, I will be angry, because the price of the early order is slightly favorable, I can’t wait for you to refund. It’s best to sell expensive when you don’t have to worry about selling. Sure enough, there are natural resources in a small place. It’s about immediate interests, and it’s not trustworthy or respectful of customers. Tengchong B&B’s poor service. It doesn't match the landscape at all, it's not recommended, and it's not a vacation choice.
