GGuest UserNice, close location close to one of the Rocky Mountain State Park entrances.
We had room #10 with the jacuzzi whirlpool. It was a little dated - the tile and tub are pink, but it worked fine and my 7 year son LOVED taking a bath in it.
Do be aware that the main bed in this space is a murphy bed and the secondary bed is a hide-a-bed. The murphy bed was not the most comfortable thing.

GGuest UserI love your motel, but for the price you would think that you could afford to have an air conditioner cool your room instead of only getting down to 69° very disappointed in that we paid Top price for it only to burn up in our room. And then also you want to charge us $15 just to park in your parking lot when we are the customer

GGuest UserLocation was perfect. Fire pits outside were cool. Only downsides: check in was a pain. Line was wrapped around into the hotels bar/ eatery. There were 30 people waiting just to check in around 4 pm on a Sunday. Also- gym was not as pictured- only a couple sets of free weights. We specifically choose our hotels based on gyms so this was a big drawback for us. Someone had their dog in their room barking incessantly for hours. Positives: rooms were clean, spacious, and best of all staff was phenomenal. Super nice people. Latitude 105 Alehouse is connected to the hotel and a HUGE perk. Would recommend staying here overall

Regular continental breakfast can satisfy the hunger needs of most ordinary people. The hotel's sanitary conditions are good, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers are provided for guests' convenience at a low price ($1.75/$1.50). The on-site parking lot is convenient for guests to park, and the hotel's small swimming pool is convenient for children to play and adults to sunbathe by the pool.

XXIUPINGParking and unloading luggage is super convenient, the front desk is patient and caring. Open the door to see the snowy mountain view. The hotel bathroom details are better, the room rate is small and cozy, the shampoo cap is missing, and the breakfast is simple.
