"I had a wonderful stay at The Armstrong Hotel this past Easter weekend. This was a staycation while I hung out with some friends who live in Windsor. So, I didn't do much on the main drag of College Avenue. But it seemed like a bustling and exciting place. The room was well kept and clean, and the front desk staff were nice and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure was great. I requested a luggage rack, and someone placed in into my room with no problem. I would definitely return to stay again. Maybe the 3rd floor next time. I was on the second floor and bless the cleaning staff for all they do, but they are fast and furious with that vacuum cleaner in the morning. That was the bulk of the noise I experienced. Not terrible. The parking was convenient, and close by. My only critique is that the parking lot next to the Bohlender Funeral Chapel needs some light at night. When returning late at night, the parking lot is extremely dark. And some cars were double parked. I read some reviews about the loudness of the train that goes down the next block on Mason Street. It wasn't bad. You should always travel with earplugs, but the hotel provided ear plugs which was a nice touch."

"One of the cleanest and nicer La Quintas I've ever stayed in. It includes a nice weight room, updated lobby, abundant parking and it is next to I-25. I didn't try the pool or jacuzzi, but they looked good as well."

"Good facilities and service. There is no hot water and ice water for breakfast."

"I love your motel, but for the price you would think that you could afford to have an air conditioner cool your room instead of only getting down to 69° very disappointed in that we paid Top price for it only to burn up in our room. And then also you want to charge us $15 just to park in your parking lot when we are the customer"

"The location is a bit far outside from Old Town Fort Collins, but it is closer to the main highway. One point I was disappointed in was the lack of guest laundry services despite both the building map and the emergency exit map on the room doorway listing it; it’s been converted into a bathroom for staff. Additionally, the doorway for the room had a large gap underneath it, making it all too easy to hear people outside in the hallway."

"Place is great especially the staff who never hesitate to help when needed good for price and rooms are larger than I expected. Breakfast Is not too bad and make your own waffle that I love. Definitely will be using them again"

"Arrived at the hotel late & it was raining. The property was excellent. We were assigned to our room that can accommodate 6 people. It was just an over night stay but still we enjoyed it. We were able to see a wapiti and it was the biggest i have see so far. Thank you YMCA for the great experience."

"As a craft beer fan I was very excited to be a short walk across the parking lot to Berthoud Brewing. Breaksfast at the hotel was passable, but could easily be improved with very little effort -- particularly by providing a little ambience. I've never seen a hotel breakfast setup with a dozen rounds set for four people each with table clothes. It was setup like a Kiwanis Club was coming to breakfast LOL."
