Good hotel, located in Juhu and many restaurants near by, staff are very friendly and helpful, room size is good and clean

The water from the shower area travels all over the bathroom. Must place a towel to prevent the water from flowing area.
The walls are paper thin, you could constantly hear the elevator jingles and neighbouring guests during active hours and after hours. Food was way too expensive compared to other places. So we didn’t even try it. However the bedroom area was acceptable.

I usually stay here as I like beach front for morning walks .
Breakfast has good varieties and staff helpful . We requested for vegan meal which the chef was good to arrange and recommend what we could eat .

Wasn’t happy in the first night when staff opened my door and came into room wanting to check facilities. Fact is he made mistake in room number. Nobody tried to give me a sincere apology.
Room key only lasted for 24 hours even my stay was four nights.

A FANTASTIC HOTEL WITH AN AMAZINGLY DELIGHTFUL STAFF
ALSO THE LOUNGE THOUGH EXPENSIVE BUT ONE NIGHT SITTING THERE AND ENJOYING THE BEACH IS WORTH THE THE TRY .
DRINKS IF YOU BUY FROM THE LOUNGE OR TAKE HELP FROM THE MINIBAR IT COSTS IMMENSE MAYBE 10 TIMES MORE THE RETAIL PRICE
FACILITIES IN THE ROOM IS JUST AWESOME..... AND LOCATION WISE ITS JUST FANTASTIC..... WORTH STAYING COMING HERE AGAIN

Good, staff and hospitality was good
It’s a repeat destination. Pool was excellent, great access to beach
Room service was also good and check-in timings and check out timings are also minimum
Can stay here for 3-4 nights easily

Location is right next to the beach. They are short of staff or they are not attentive. Key card was not working and everyday I ***** with others had to go and get it activated again. In room dining was expensive but tasty. Sofa was dirty, there were stains and rust in bathroom.
I may or may not stay here again.

Location is amazing right on the beach, this hotel is meant to be 5 star it is not.
Service is slow, house keeping was slow,
The downstairs bar is very very slow 20mins for a beer and a vodka.
Check in process is slow.
Would not pay the price for this stay close to $500 AUD a night.

Very disappointed with the service given by Novotel Mumbai juhu with in 24hrs no room service for cleaning even after informing and also at the mrng we have order coffee and water that is also not delivered after complaining more than 3 times still they are unable to provide basic things. 5 star hotel providing this pathetic service, I will never recommend anyone to visit worst hotel service ever.

Coming from someone who travels and stays in hotels all year around,
This was one of the WORST! stays I’ve ever had.
if you have a choice, please choose another hotel. This is more like a crappy 2 star with an amazing location, that’s really all.
Guess they’ve taken the phrase “ Location Location Location “ too seriously and left eveything else.
