Location is excellent, big shopping mall within 5 mins walk and a few massage spa centre right beside the hotel. Famous Penuin market and many eateries are nearby too.

Overall, the stay of 2 nights was good.
Service is good, breakfast buffet is quite a spread
Our room is a bit of rundown as
the hotel is in the midst of upgrading.

Nice hotel..near to shopping mall, massage everywhere easy to find,food was very good...I Love the oxtail soup and breakfast,staff are very friendly and helpful.

The service and location were good. My family enjoy the food.. It was tasty and delicious. The facilities not bad and the rooms more spacious. If i come to Batam, i will stay here again.

overall ok ,did put up special request for smoking room but upon arrival to check in there no room available on the special request and was told to upgrade . the room

The staff are friendly dan very helpful when we got problem to connected to wifi. Breakfast are awesome and hopefully next time we definitely will stay at this hotel again 👍👏👏👏
