The air conditioning was not very effective, so it was a little hot when I went to sleep, but it was manageable. It would be nice if the room was a little brighter. The location was along Kokusai Street, and there was a 7-Eleven on the first floor, so it was convenient.

There was a convenience store below the hotel and many steakhouses and souvenir shops nearby, which was helpful. Also, it was close to the entrance to Kokusai-dori, which was great for me since I travel by Yui Rail and bus. The room was small and appropriate for the price, but breakfast service was suspended due to the effects of COVID-19.

Nice staff but a bit small

I stayed here for one night because it was located along Kokusai-dori and the price was reasonable. I was a little surprised that the front desk was on the 10th floor (the top floor) and that there was no staff at the front desk from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. (You can contact them by phone in case of an emergency), but it wasn't a problem. The room was a little old, but it had almost everything you need, so it wasn't a problem if you just wanted to sleep. (However, it was hard to get toothpaste out of the disposable toothbrushes, and there were no disposable combs. There were disposable razors.) There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor of the hotel, so it is very convenient for shopping, and it is located along Kokusai-dori, so it is also very convenient in terms of location. This time, I stayed in a room on the 9th floor, so I had a good view even when I opened the window. The front desk staff were also very kind.

The breakfast provided by the hotel is delicious, the service staff is very polite, the cleaning staff is very considerate, and they will put a bag of cleaning supplies outside the room with the "Do Not Disturb" sign. It is very close to the light rail tram station "Kencho-mae Station", about 5 minutes away, and there are two parking lots attached, 700 yen per night, WIFI is available in the 10F lobby, and simple English can be communicated. Turn right after leaving the hotel and you can reach Makishi Market, Okinawa Mitsukoshi, Don Quixote, Makishi Tram Station... and so on in 3 minutes. It is very convenient. I will stay in this hotel during the winter vacation. The sound insulation is very good. Most of the tourists are Japanese, so there will be no rude residents from other countries who come to visit in the middle of the night and make loud noises, which is great

2024/4にリフォームって事で安く(2泊飯無しで約8000円)で宿泊出来ました。 10階にフロントがあるビジネスホテルタイプですね。 ホテルは寝る所って考えの方には非常におすすめします。 良い点: 県庁前駅から近い、国際通り近く、バスタブ付き、セブンイレブン直結、フロントに人はいるが機械だけでも完了可能。 マイナスポイント: ベッドが185cmぐらいまで向け 　枕元に電源無し 　1階のエレベーターエリアが独特の匂い 　使用済みタオル等を置く所に困った

ホテルに清潔さを求める方へは向いてないかもしれませんが、とりあえず泊まることが目的であれば問題ないと思います。
