New hotel, so it is clean. However, it is cheap, so you get what you paid for. I chose a room with a “balcony” but beware that it has zero view and extremely tiny, so, useless. I found the pillows not fluffy, so it was a bit uncomfortable. People at the reception were nice.

Stayed for three nights, great location right at the edge of the old town. Alot of major attractions are in walkable distance.
Super friendly and helpful staff, can't praise them enough. You can book tours to other destinantions (Halong Bay / Ninh Binh) through the hotel, the bus will pick you up and drop you off right at the hotel. The hotel can also arrange Taxis from/to the airport for a fair price.
The room itself was just as advertised, spotlessly clean, comfy bed and bouncy pillows. Lots of amenities included.
Loved the breakfast options, a wide variety of different cold and warm dishes and fresh fruits, you can also order Omlettes and really tasty Pho.
Reall enjoyed my stay, mostly thanks to the amazing staff who care about details and are so helpful. Would have loved to stay longer, will definetly stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi.
10/10 would recommend!

Excellent apartments/hotel rooms with everything you need. Our room was one with a fitted kitchen which we didn’t use but definitely useful for people staying a little longer. Bathroom was good quality with good water pressure and very hot water when needed. The washing machine in every room thing is super useful if you need to catch up with a few bits, or like us have a flight to Australia and need to ensure everything is clean for bio-security checks. The outside area with the washing machine and clothes hanger for drying also has the invertor fan for the AC meaning it gets super hot out there and clothes dry in just an hour or two.
Reception staff spoke excellent English and were very professional and helpful, even gave us an extended check out to help us get stuff packed.
The area is a very cool area of old Hanoi with plenty of shops and restaurants filling the streets surrounding, providing an authentic feel for what I would say is still a quiet area of Hanoi to retreat to.

A very comfortable and affordable hostel near the old quarter and the train street. Very helpful and friendly staff. They provide towel, sleepers and locker keys with a refundable deposit. Make sure to take your own shampoo and soap.

Not only was the place an extravagant paradise with marvellous hospitality and a spacious and luxurious room to awe at, but the surrounding areas of endless alleys filled to the brim with small cafés and shops made access to necessities easy and reliable. My family and I highly recommend this hotel.

Great place! Love everything about it except the shower pressure is quite low. Also the water seems soapy? Would be better if hair conditioner is provided. Very quiet stay and nice space!

Amazing
GGrey~HedgeThis hotel is a great place to stay, highly recommend it! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists to the breakfast staff. They always were kind, passionate and went the extra mile to make sure a great experience.
The room on the 9th floor had a nice view and rooms seems recently renovated. It’s clean and comfortable (However, presumably the noise isolation may not be that good, if close to the restaurant floor due to the movement of chairs).
The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of warm options, including traditional Vietnamese Pho, breads, fruits, and salad.
The location of the hotel is convenient. It’s not in the old quarter, but it’s still within walking distance of many attractions. You can walk to Old Qaurter/Hoan Kiem Lake in about 20 minutes, where you’ll find a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants (and night markets on Friday, Saturday, Sunday). The prices in the area close to hotel are also lower than in the old quarter that sometimes is tourist-focused; such as Che Xoan Quan. Likewise West Lake (Ho Truc Bach), is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel which can be good for a stroll or a relaxing day of cafes, such as Oleoleo cat cafe.

Amazing
SShirleybiiiyBooked 2nights 2rooms in this hotel, what should be mentioned is the staff liem & hannah was really friendly & helpful and really impressed me. U may ask the hotel to arrange airport shuttle service which is really at a reasonable price!
The first day i arrived the staff told that one of my room get free upgrade to deluxe room for first night, will move back to standard at second night. At first i was refuse the offer and ask to just remain to standard, but the staff told me tat is fully booked. Ok i understood the situation just accepted the offer but ended up the “upgraded” room arranged was at 9th floor which the lift cannot reach, u only can use lift to 8th and use stairs to 9th. And the room was quite dissapoint me, the room just big but seems old and the bathroom amenities was broken, water heater not working well, we just can use cold water to shower.
The second day hannah arranged us to the room 3rd floor standard room was just fine too much. Room was clean & spacious, all was looks new and well maintained.

AAnonymous UserRey Hotel Hanoi was a decent place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. Facilities were average but worked fine. However, the breakfast had a small selection and wasn’t very satisfying. It’s a good choice if you’re looking for a simple and quiet place to rest. Overall, satisfied with the stay, just not with the breakfast.

DDOOLYDOOLSWe booked a cheaper room and were given a free upgrade upon arrival. We were also given drinks vouchers for the bar upstairs which made us feel welcome. When we arrived, staff members came out to the taxi to help us with our belongings and carried the prams up the little steps at the entrance of the hotel which was incredibly kind. We handed our passports over and were given a refreshing beverage each while we sat in the lounge waiting on check-in. They let us check in very early as they had a room available for us which we were thankful for after a long flight with two babies. The pool is small but lovely. The room was great and had a tiny balcony for people-watching. The hotel itself is a 5 minute walk from train street and therefore an excellent location for visiting Hanoi. Staff members were unbelievably helpful when we asked for information or needed a taxi. 10/10, would recommend.

WWEIThe apartment was clean and stylish, with a beautiful balcony. I loved having coffee there in the mornings, watching the bustling street below. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and everything was neat and tidy.

GGuest UserTo be honest, the disadvantages are that the bed is hard and the pillow is too high; you can see the West Lake, the scenery is better than in the ancient street, the room is large, the overall feeling is good but not amazing

GGuest UserIt is a 5-minute walk to the bus stop for bus number 86 to Noi Bai Airport. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for tourists.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, but the fact that some of the water in the room is free and some is paid seems like it could be a problem. It would be nice if there was a price posted in the room.

GGuest UserThis time when I was traveling in Hanoi, the experience of [Hotel Name] was great! I must recommend it to everyone!
As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me warmly, checked in super quickly, and introduced the surrounding fun places. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was very warm, and the facilities were very new. It was so comfortable to live in.
The hotel has a rich variety of breakfast, including Vietnamese-style rice noodles, Western-style bread and bacon, and the taste is very good. The location is also very good. It is very close to attractions such as Hoan Kiem Lake and Thirty-Six Lines Street, and can be reached on foot. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around, which are very convenient for travel and life.
Next time I come to Hanoi, I will definitely choose this one!

GGuest UserThere was no swimming pool inside the hotel. However, while booking the hotel, i was given an option of booking a poolside view. The same was booked by me but when i got there, there was no such room. The room that i was allotted did not have a window. Breakfast options were very few and menu was repeated almost everyday. The amenities were not at par with the room booking amount.
