The hotel is in a great location, and the surrounding area is very lively. Because of the liveliness, it is a bit chaotic. In the middle of the night, many drunk people were wandering around the hotel and the surrounding area. I only stayed for one day on a business trip.

My best friend took me to Nashville for my 60th birthday and we stayed with you for three nights. Your valet service is great. The AMAZING KEVON is fantastic! He sings to you when you pull up and all the way to your room. He recognized us every time we came down and would immediately go grab our car. He is the reason that our stay was so great. The housekeeping staff needs some training we had to call down to the front desk, four times for toilet paper, tissue, and towels. That to me is unacceptable. The hotel is very clean. The pool needed some service, but I believe most of that problem was because of the construction that is going on around the hotel. We will give your hotel a second chance to see if you can improve on things that need to be improved on.

Bed was comfortable and clean, but the room needed several repairs. Shower curtain rod was not secured to the wall very well, so it wouldn’t stay closed all the way and water got all over the floor. The entire 4th floor felt kind of dingy with a rusted metal cover on the wall.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff whether they be at the desk, in housekeeping, or food service. Great breakfast assortment each morning. Wonderful entertainment and snacks in the lounge. Great location on Broadway close to all the restaurants and entertainment.

Great service! Room was clean and comfy. Plenty of great lighting in the bathrooms. Conveniently located within walking distance to food and bars. Also valet was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful also snacks in the afternoon. Area with games. Also music in the lobby in the evenings

Really appreciate having a safe and easily accessible place to park for a business conference the last three days. Brackman and Mo are super friendly valets and took good care of me. I was excited to be able to get a discount from SpotHero for the parking. I would definitely recommend using SpotHero and parking at Holiday Inn express for your next visit to Nashville.

I met Dione and asked him many questions about the city and the best way to navigate the city and he was full of useful information he help guide us the whole way. The whole hotel in general was a very pleasant experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better time for me and the family

Great stay, the staff is awesome! We had a great time. Family friendly. Dion is the man! I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to Nashville and wanting stay near Broadway! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I will come back again.

Fned and Moe were Very helpful checking in on us and getting our luggage out of the car. They were very welcoming and gave us tips for the area. Their manager was very engaging with them and encouraging them to make the guests have a great day at the holiday inn.

Great hotel location we loved how close the hotel is to a trolly stop & a walk from everything! The hotel staff was so friendly. Especially Jasmine & Moni they made our stay even better! Our first time in Nashville was amazing we are already planning when we should return🤠

Good Hotel. Rooms were extremely clean and the bed was super comfy. Pool and Fitness room were all functioning. The Continental breakfast bar was good. The only recommendation I have is to request a room that is not located near the elevator.

When I booked the reservations, I was upfront about wanting a pool. There is a pool that is closed for the season even though it has been in the 90's the entire trip. GUEST laundry was taken over by hotel staff washing linens. The chairs in the dining are a stained. This place needs a major renovation. That being said the location is great, a short walk to downtown. Staff was pleasant but not helpful with concerns - probably nothing they can do but this stuff is someone's responsibility.

I'm disappointed with the Customer Service from the staff at Holiday Inn Express Nashville Downtown. During check out I explained that the hotel door would not securely lock without several attempts to close it. The hotel room door would sound like it closed but could be pushed open. Which meant that my personal property was vulnerable when I was not in the room. The front desk receptionist offered hotel points as an apology. Unfortunately three times over several weeks and still no response from the management on the point award status. Hopefully they're more responsive to their maintenance issues than they are to their customer emails because the room is unsecured. Since the hotel elevator does not require a hotel key card to use, anyone can access their hotel room floors.
