Friendly. Go in on ground level, take lift to basement, there you find reception. Small twin room but has everything you need.

A great hotel with amazing value. The staff is amazing and very helpful. There is a free drinks station at the lobby. The location is near two metro stop with different lines. Very convenient.

The room was too small; the toilet was so close to the front wall that my head touched it when I sat down. However, the location is excellent, right in Ginza, and it has a window.

The room was tiny; I could only open my suitcase right by the door, and there was barely enough space to turn around anywhere else. However, the front desk service was excellent 👍. My friend left a watch in the room, and after we contacted them, they quickly found it, carefully packed it, and held it for us to pick up.

The hotel is quite clean and convenience. Room is quiet and amenity is sufficient. The location is fine and can go different line both JR and subway. Distance is walkable.

I really liked this hotel. The room was very small but as advertised. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always helpful. Its hard to find anything to complain about, but it was a bit annoying that there was no way to stop the bathroom door from automatically falling shut. I believe a simple door stopper would do the trick.

We were very impressed with the staff on the desk. They were helpful(booked our taxi) and fluent in English. They looked after our cases. All very well organised and very pleased with our complimentary gifts.

The room was small, with the two beds basically right next to each other, typical of traditional Japanese hotels. It was clean, but cramped. However, the price was good and the location was excellent, very close to the subway station.

Easy 5-10 minute walk from the Mitsukoshimae station on the Ginza line. Just walk through one of the 3 Coredo shopping buildings. You can also use the Ningyocho Station on the Hibiya Line. Hotel itself is in a really quiet area, but quite safe to get to from either stations even at night. They have a basic 900Y curry rice breakfast which we didn't try. Really good selection of comp amenities you can pick up at the lobby. Good lobby area with a microwave, and lots of tables for you to have your takeaway food. A few minutes walk to a good supermarket - Maruetsupetit - which discounts it's food around 9pm.

The rooms are bit small, otherwise everything is fine. The breakfast is adequate. Its near to Haneda airport.
