The location was excellent. We were near the Times Square, Rockefeller Center, supermarket, food trucks, one-dollar pizza place, restaurants, bakeries, and few blocks from Central Park. There were also nearby subway stations so commute was no problem. We had 2 free bottled water on arrival and if you need more, it costs $3 each. How I wish they would refill the coffee and tea pods though when used though. I liked how they have 24hr open shop in the lobby where you can checkout the items yourself but most didn’t have prices or couldn’t be looked on the computer we didn’t bother. The room was clean but the cabinet needs fixing. We had one with broken cabinet door. Small appliances include coffee pod machine, microwave, and hair dryer. View was good, we were on the 30th floor and I enjoyed looking outside the window. What I liked best was the breakfast. Overall, I’m still happy to stay here on my next NY trip 😊

The hotel is between Central Park and Times Square, close to Central Park It takes about 1 hour by taxi from the airport to the hotel There are AMRO, SHACK SHAKE, LA BAIA and Chinese restaurants nearby Hotel room is relatively small

The location is very good, there is a public parking line diagonally opposite, which is suitable for driving. The doorman is very friendly and enthusiastic to help with things and open the door, and the front desk service is thoughtful. Breakfast is buffet, but there is waiter service, and the environment is good. The distance from the hotel to each check-in point is balanced, and most of them can be reached on foot. The room is compact and slightly small. The facilities are well maintained and the hygiene is acceptable. One of the best value for money hotels in this location.

No daily cleaning, drunk, the front desk said to clean once every five days, and no one answered the telephone call switchboard. Other than that, the rooms are not bad and the view is not bad. We live on the 22nd floor.

🚗 Transportation: very convenient

Staff great. Including breakfast wait staff. Room acceptable but bathroom door didn’t close completely. Elevators slow—a perennial problem everywhere. Somebody stood outside her door one night and talked loudly on her cell for a long time but that’s not Hilton’s fault.

Pleasantly surprised, the staff were friendly and helpful. The Young Man that held my bags remembered my name. The room and city view were on point.
