Excellent hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.. Clean rooms with free bottles of water. The hotel is two blocks away from Times Square. Will definitely stay here again

The location was fantastic and the front desk staff was very kind.
The room was good but there is not a lot of amenities in the hotel, which is understandable because they didn’t have a lot of spaces.

Staff was alright during stay after I left, they ended up charging me an extra fee saying that it was “resort fee.” How do you charge me this a week after my stay without letting me know prior. Then when i called back to ask about it, the male who answered the phone was RUDE. I’ve worked in the hotel industry for a few years and never have I ever interacted with somebody as rude. I wasn’t even giving attitude or asking hard questions. Super rude and did not even answer my questions clearly. Also the room was not clean. The phone was BROKEN so I had to call using my cellphone for room service and the windows were filled with dust. Bathrooms are extremely tiny as well. Location was the only good thing about this hotel.

The location is really good, just a few minutes walk to Times Square. It is very convenient to go anywhere by subway. The room is much larger than the domestic 11㎡. It is also considered clean. There is heating, a refrigerator and a safe, all of which are relatively complete.
but! It is very bright because it is close to the road. The brightness in the room is the same day and night, and it is very noisy. It is road noise. Ear plugs and eye mask are required.
