Horrible hotel! Rooms are so small there is no where to put things when you unpack. No dresser or other drawers and closet is so narrow it won’t close if you hang something. Terrible location and almost no dining options nearby! Our first reaction was it feels like a hostel! HVAC runs nonstop. No convenience store and water not provided. Room fridge does not get cold. Front desk often left unattended. I could go on and on…..

I recommended this hotel to my husband based on my previous visit a month ago, despite being upset about the trash at the entrance. However, this time the experience was extremely disappointing: - No bathroom service on the first floor. - No water for two nights. - NO HOT WATER TODAY!!!!! - The trash at the entrance of the hotel was incredibly big.

Great place. Very conveniently located with access to subways and great eateries. Friendly staff. Safe place. The room had everything that we wanted. Refrigerator, microwave.Couple plates, cups, spoons etc. Will definitely come back here to stay.

Room was small but beautiful. Great views out over Broadway. I like the simplicity of the Sonder check in and check out process via the app. All the access codes were electronically delivered. The people were still friendly and helped with restaurant recommendations but there wasn’t a wait in a line while someone types a novel on a terminal to check you in. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows were fluffy. I would happily star again.

We loved this location. Super convenient to subway, parks, eateries, museums. Felt safe, not super loud during the week or on the weekend. The room was spacious and staff was friendly/quick whenever we had questions/requests.

The Sonder flat iron is the ideal location - a convenient jumping-off point to everywhere in NYC. Always feel safe and for me, self-check-in is preferable. If the rates hold steady, I will absolutely return.

Great location. It is close to Washington Park, the Flatiron, restaurants, shopping, and the subway. Easy checkin and checkout. We really appreciated the free storage lockers for our luggage. The airy feel and views out the large windows in our room were so nice. Yes, it was a bit noisy but nothing that would make us not stay here again. Some things that would have enhanced our stay-a multi-charging/plug on both sides of the bed, a couple bottles of water or access to ice, and a comfy chair but again nothing that would prevent us from a return visit.

This was a great hotel! Great location, comfortable rooms! Loved this company as well it was so easy and user friendly to get things we needed and extend our stay! 10/10 Would recommend and I am looking forward to checking out their other locations for more trips!

I love staying here, it’s alway clean and quiet. The location is fantastic. Love the people who greet you. It’s a great stay always. It’s so close to everything and has so many good restaurants, shopping, and a great gelato place right below. Everything you need is within a block.
