my son like the 2 floor bed. i like the fresh smell of shower and hand wash in the toilet so i bought 1 bottle back home.
over all the location is near Vin Plaza (can walk) and near many restaurants along the road.

Building a bit old but location and service were fantastic, great buffet breakfast with many options to choose from. Warm welcome by the hotel when I arrived late. Overall great place to stay and would do again in a heart beat.

Located in a central area at the first beach line. A but noisy from outside night life but not bothering too much if balcony doors are closed. Very spacious room. The room provided initially was connected room and they changed it to a completely separated same room without any problems.
Cons:
Very noisy location, maybe good for those who wants to feel beach clubs nightlife. Can't stay at the beautiful balcony because of the beach and beach road.
Hot water was not hot enough to use a bath tub.
Breakfast was normal for Novotel with a pinch of local food.
Finally maybe not as good as we expected for the money we paid compared with other hotels at this price point in Vietnam, but good anyway.

We got upgrade to family room with ocean view Location is very convenience and the room was clean and comfortable. breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious. Front desk lady manager always smile and greet us every time we pass by

This is a very good choice of hotel for Nha Trang.
The location is right in the middle of everything, and just across from the beach.
We had an ocean view room, and the view was fantastic.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to Man in the restaurant.
The cleaning staff were great - thanks you Ms Tu for keeping our room clean.
The gym was pretty good as well.

設施陳舊，但服務超好，下樓就是海邊，游泳非常方便，值得推薦。周邊購物非常方便，酒店內的服務人員熱情周到，早餐還不錯，法棍很好吃。
