The location is truly excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the night market. However, being in the city center, it was incredibly noisy. The rooms had virtually no soundproofing. There's a bar on the rooftop, and downstairs, two more bars with flashing screens and hostesses standing outside played incredibly loud music. (Even after informing the staff and being moved to the 31st floor, which was considered a 'better' floor, the noise was still audible, which tells you something.) If you plan to stay here and prioritize quiet, make sure to request a room on the side, away from the direct sea view and not facing the main road – that would be much better. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked during our stay, so there wasn't much they could do. The service, however, was quite good. The staff even came up to listen to the noise, apologized, and offered to move us again the next day. We were staying for three nights, and the first room on the 41st floor was also very noisy, prompting an initial room change. By the second day, changing rooms again felt too exhausting, so I just put up with the noise for the remaining two nights. Breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of delicious options, and even during peak times, we never experienced any queuing issues. Despite the noise issues, I would still highly recommend staying here.

Our family stayed here with our 1 1/2 year old son. We were able to get a crib for him. The location is excellent, just a stones throw away from the beach. The playroom was great for our son. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. I would stay here again. Sunrise views from the ocean front balcony were amazing.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was surprisingly big, giving me plenty of space to relax and unpack. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The location in the downtown area made it super convenient to explore the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The pool is great and the breakfast range was fantastic. The room was spacious with a balcony. I found the bed comfortable and the staff friendly. You have to pay a deposit at the hotel and the room just has one keycard, cannot have two and no options to pay extra for another one.

The Iconique Suite room was very nice. For this price the cheapest in all Nyachang, the newest. In the room is a separate kitchen with a sofa and huge TVs, there is a refrigerator, microwave oven and a shelves stove (the dishes are true

The hotel locates nearby the walking street at the heart of Nha Trang. The room is spacious with balcony. The bathroom is unfortunately stinky. Amenities including shower cap, cotton buds, comb, toothbrush with toothpaste are fulfilled everyday. The buffet breakfast is good. Variety choices of food and drinks are provided. The only drawback is about the drinking water in the fridge and the fridge did not work properly. They did not tell that two bottles of water there, were not complimentary and would be charged when check out for 15k VND each.

The hotel is very clean and well-organized. It’s in a great location, just a short distance from the attractions, which makes sightseeing really easy. The staff are super friendly and always happy to help. If you need anything, you can just ask them anytime. Plus, the sea view from the balcony is fantastic

Remember to pick up a Vin Bus ticket from the front desk, which allows for free bus rides using a QR code throughout your stay. The ocean-view rooms are stunning, situated in a 44-story high-rise building directly opposite Vinpearl Island. These rooms are bathed in natural sunlight, making it easy to dry clothes. The breakfast spread is also very extensive. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Let's start with the pros: 1. **Price**: Considering it was Chinese New Year's Day, getting a two-bedroom suite for just a few hundred yuan was an absolute steal. What more could you ask for? 2. **Location**: I'd stayed at the InterContinental a few years back, and this hotel isn't far from it. We often came here to dine at Nha Trang Center. Now, with a Lotte Mart having just opened diagonally across from the hotel, the location is incredibly convenient! 3. **Service**: The front desk staff were quite friendly. I exchanged US dollars a few times, and the exchange rate was decent. 4. **Room**: The two-bedroom suite, with one king bed and one queen bed, was incredibly practical. Everyone was happy not to be cramped. It also featured a large balcony with views of the church and the distant mountain. We even received two complimentary bottles of water upon check-in. Now, for the cons: 1. **Breakfast**: It was simply too crowded. The staff couldn't keep up with clearing used dishes, and honestly, it was impossible to find a clean table to sit at. 2. **Housekeeping**: No one came to clean our room for the several days we stayed. Honestly, it felt like a waste of the tips I had prepared.
