The service attitude was very good. I arrived at the hotel very late. They opened the door for me and checked me in in a timely manner. The room was very quiet, but I didn't find a hair dryer. However, everything else was very good. There was free water in the refrigerator and a small balcony. I will continue to book next time I come!

The price/performance ratio is high in the off-season. The room has a small balcony. The service in the restaurant is warm and very good.

Used for graduation trip Mr. Joris, who works at the reception at night, is the most friendly and kind person. We talked almost every night, and he recommended many restaurants and gave us directions. The rooms were more clean than the price, and each room had a small terrace, which was great for having a leisurely breakfast. The shower room was also very nice and clean. Although the elevator has an old-fashioned design, the system itself is new, so it looks cool and gives you peace of mind. This is the first time I've visited a hotel that I can praise so highly. Stayed for 3 nights with my girlfriend. The receptionist Joris was such a nice guy, he told us so much about Nice and what are the good restaurants and boulangeries, and just a great person. We talked every night about France and Japan and it was a pleasure! The rooms were beautiful and clean, more than we could ask for. All the rooms have balconies you can enjoy and the shower room was clean, white and pleasant. Have never been to a hotel I could recommend more than this one.

It’s near to Nice train station and also tram station, right in between both station. Althought the room is not spacious, but overall it was clean and nice!

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was adequate. At night, sometimes the sounds of cars and people came from the street, but it didn't disturb my sleep much.

The service is good, the facilities are clean and tidy, and the facilities are good. I like the feeling of this old house. Although it is in an old house, the decoration facilities are new.

It was a super nice boutique hotel, the facilities were great and the hotel was renovated in 2021. The hotel rooms are very small but the facilities are very nice and the balcony is a plus point. The location is amazing, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes and you can reach all the restaurants/shops on foot.

The hotel is very dishonest! The room I booked was a family room. The pictures I saw online showed two rooms connected together. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no room! We were given two rooms on the first and second floors, and the air conditioner in one was broken. At first, we didn't want to fix it at all. We asked for another room and said it was no longer available. Only when we strongly demanded the check-out fee did the maintenance staff come. Both upstairs and downstairs, we and our children were very uncomfortable. The hotel room is small, not like a four-star hotel at all! The bathroom shower door leaked. After taking a shower, the bathroom floor was covered with water and the towels could not be soaked up. After cleaning the room, towels and disposable water cups were not replenished. You had to go to the front desk to get them yourself. In short, it was very bad!

The hotel is beautiful in every way. The room was perfect and everything was in excellent condition. All of the staff I met in reception and the serving breakfast were charming, helpful and friendly.
