Hotels in Aéroport Nice Côte D'Azur, Nice

Modern apartment studio, air conditioning didn’t work , hotel staff tried to help but problem was not solved , and they did not offered to change the room. Luckily I stayed coupe of nights and I slept with wide open window to get the air. Location is good near the airport and couple stops by tram to the public beach and carrefour food store. Service was bad and unprofessional . Some tried to be friendly but one of them the older man was kind of scammer, don’t trust him he is unprofessional. Hotel need invest in customer service and better trained staff. I am wondering if I get my 150€ insurance deposit back as that older guy couldn’t print or give me some evidence. Saying it’s impossible to print anything, he was extremely slow and bad with the computer. There was family  with small infant who struggled they were charged twice and demanded ther refund, the clerk refused and was unprofessional. The only plus in this hotel is roof top pool with beutiful view and modern room except that air condition is not working. So don’t come in summer or even autumn. Wait till winter so you can sleep with open windows. The room cards had many times problems they were not working properly  at the elevator car, I had to go change many times. Good luck guys! The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from the Nice airport Terminal 1, and there's free train outside of the hotel to take me back and forth to the terminal. That's super convenient for getting ready to fly. The room are big and new, the staff are friendly, and the gym is small but have most that I need, plus a sauna that I can use anytime after workout. It's a perfect layover stop.

Good hotel close to nice airport. Location is what makes it being close to train station so quick to Monaco and Nice. Great to take a lime bike straight from outside the hotel down the promenade into central nice down the dedicated cycle path. Breakfast is expensive and no cleaning in multi night stays are drawbacks.

The hotel is okay. Pros: - Close to the airport and they provide shuttle pickup and drop off. - Restaurants and Cap 3000 mall is within walking distance. - Staff is easy to approach and helpful. Cons: - No air conditioning during spring time. We have to open the balcony door and the street noise is non stop. We smelled the cigarette smoke from the next door balcony. Not good for us who have asthma. Hotel was fully booked so we were not able to change room. - Toilet and shower rooms are separate and toilet room does not have a sink , you have to walk on the other side to wash your hands. - Nice city center is not 20 mins away if you don’t have a car. Bus stop is about 10 mins walk and bus can take 50 mins due to frequent stops and traffic congestion. Train is every 20- 30 mins and location of train stop is about 15 mins walk.

The facilities and services were good, and the rooms were quite large for their European scale. However, the service was extremely poor, bordering on discriminatory. We booked the same room type for three nights, but on the first night, the front desk only issued a room key for one night and required us to come downstairs the next morning to check in again. They said we could only extend our stay in the same room if there were vacancies (we showed them our booking confirmation, but they insisted that we had booked different room types for the three nights and had to check out and change rooms every morning?). We then contacted Ctrip customer service to communicate with the hotel. The hotel claimed that the front desk staff were new and unfamiliar with the procedures, and that this wouldn't normally happen (even if they were unfamiliar with the procedures, their service attitude should have been better). Ctrip's customer service responded very quickly and helped resolve the issue, allowing us to extend our stay for three more nights. However, we strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, nestled within a business park with readily available supermarkets and restaurants. It offers excellent value for money. It's also within easy walking distance from Nice Airport T1, nearby Tram stations, and the train station. The apartment-style rooms are clean and spacious, though daily housekeeping isn't provided. The double bed is a bit soft and narrow, but the refrigerator and kitchen utensils are perfect for self-catering. There's a free gym in the building, and the attached parking garage is easy to access, with a clearly marked entrance. The €12/day parking fee is very reasonable for the area. However, be aware that the ramps for entering/exiting and moving between floors in the parking garage are extremely narrow and feature sharp right-angle turns, so be prepared for a challenging drive!

I stayed at the hotel for one night during a layover in Nice. Check-in was incredibly fast, and the staff were super friendly. The room was small, but perfectly adequate for a single night. It had a shower and hot water, a wonderful bed, and incredibly clean linens. Just a heads-up, Nice doesn't have 24-hour convenience stores, so finding food after 11 PM can be a challenge. Luckily, the hotel has vending machines with coffee, ready-to-eat meals, and drinks. Everything was tasty and you can heat it up. The breakfast was wonderful and delicious! I highly recommend it‼️‼️‼️‼️

Excellent location, really to the bus stop and the bus to Nice and in the direction literally 5-7 minutes. The room was cleaned every day, it was clean. I liked the breakfasts and yogurts and freshly squeezed juice and tea, which you can brew in a teapot, and not in bags, and fruits and cheeses, everything is fine, you will definitely not go hungry. There is a free transfer to the airport, very convenient

This hotel is located near the airport, so you might hear a bit of noise, but the soundproofing in the rooms is pretty decent. Right across the street, there's a bus stop that can get you to Nice Old Town in about half an hour, which is quite convenient. The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow; I'm not sure if it was a system issue, but I often saw a long queue of people waiting. The room itself was equipped with new and complete facilities, making for a comfortable stay. There's a rooftop pool and bar with a rather chic vibe, but the hotel rooms offer almost no sea view. If you're looking for a sea view, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
