I recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay. From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable. Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit.

Small hotel but in the great distance from the train station, the room was big enough for 3 people, had one double bed and one single bed, the bathroom was quite small but equipped with all we need. Then lobby room should be bigger and provide some cutlery and cups for guests who want to bring something to eat. The overall stay was good we love it.

Nice hotel in a prime location. Short walk to train station, supermarket, tram stop, and beach; couldn’t really be located better. Hotel was simple but modern and clean. Coffee machine provided, bathrooms were particularly nice, lovely balcony. Cleaned daily. Only note was hand soap wasn’t provided in the bathroom.

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the train station, with easy access to T1 for convenient travel. I stayed in a single room, which had decent space, disposable slippers, and toiletries (though no dental kit). There was also a balcony to air out the room. Downstairs, the hotel offers complimentary bottled water and coffee/drinks. Cons: As is common with older buildings, the room had a strong sewage smell. The noise from the tram, train, and crowds was quite loud, though it quieted down a bit after 10 PM. On the day I checked in, there was no one at the front desk when I arrived around 7 PM, so I had to drag my luggage to get some food and then come back to check in. However, the front desk attendant was very friendly.

The location is super convenient, really close to the train and tram station. The hotel gives us enough amenities but the hair dryer is kinda useless, it’s really weak and shaky. And the noise cancellation here is also kinda bad. But overall, my stay is still good and enjoyable!

Несмотря на близость железнодорожной станции, никакого шума не было.Мы очень довольны проживанием в этом отеле. Отдельное спасибо персоналу на ресепшен, они выполняли любую нашу просьбу и были очень доброжелательны!

The moment I stepped into the room, I thought it was very clean and compact. However, the curtain rails and ceiling were not clean. Also, the built-in hairdryer didn't turn on. The noise was intense. The ceiling or walls must be very thin, as foot traffic and conversations never ceased throughout the night. If you're looking to save money and can tolerate such issues, then this is the place for you. The front desk staff were unfriendly. Additionally, there were several bugs in the room, and even after killing them, new ones kept appearing, leading me to believe there's a hole somewhere in the room connecting to the outside.

Very satisfied stay! The location of the hotel is excellent, just in the center of Nice, it is very convenient to go to the train station and the old city. The front desk service is warm and professional, the room is small but clean and tidy, and the decoration is very design. As a short stay for one night, the price is very high!
