just-YiLocation: If you're using Nice as a hub for exploring the South of France, this hotel is incredibly convenient. It's only about 50 meters from Nice train station, so you can easily pop down and catch a train to Antibes, Menton, or other nearby towns. Walking to the beach takes about 10-15 minutes, and you'll pass through one of Nice's main streets, offering a glimpse of local life along the way.
Room: The front desk proactively upgraded my room. However, once inside, there was a noticeable smell of fresh renovation. While the room's decor was quite stylish, the maintenance seemed a bit lacking. The most disappointing part was the wardrobe trim, which had sharp burrs that caused a large scratch on my arm.
Surroundings: Right downstairs, there's a huge supermarket, as well as a Five Guys, Uniqlo, Starbucks, and more. Overall, it's pretty convenient.

It's very close to the station, and the security is okay. There are many Asian restaurants nearby. There is no need to worry about robbery at the police station, but you should be careful of being stolen by Arabs and gypsies at the train station. Thefts in Nice train station are extremely high.
I don’t know why there are so many Arabs around Nice Train Station...If an Arab tells you that you need to pay an extra euro to pay by credit card, then I just want to cheat you, but there is an Arab rotisserie called Naan next to it, which is worth a try. 11 or 12 euro royale viande assiette.
The hotel has air conditioning, hot water and even a kettle, elevator, no disposable slippers but the floor is very clean, no toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Opposite is Notre Dame de Nice and downstairs is the commercial area.

Excellent location to the train station. The staff is professional, helpful and kind. However, the walls between rooms are bad at soundproof, difficult sleepers should be aware. The little buffet breakfast is fair and they offer all-day snack and cafe. Also, self-help water corner is available.

Guest UserNice budget hotel for solo travellers like me. They gave me a well-located room overlooking the grand Gare de Ville station (as shown in my picture). They also serve good continental breakfast here.
However, my bed is not particularly comfortable. The bedsheets felt plastick-y & my back was sweaty from it, even though it wasn't hot at night.

Guest UserThe location is fantastic, right in the heart of Nice, directly in front of Nice Ville station. It's only about a 15-minute walk to Nice Beach and Place Masséna, so accessibility is excellent. I was a bit disappointed that there was no kettle in the room, so I couldn't make the tea or coffee I brought with me. It was quiet, and a supermarket was close by. Other than the kettle, I was satisfied with the accommodation, especially considering the price. I had a comfortable and enjoyable 2-night stay in Nice.

Bonjour

DebajiapaijiEverything was great! The staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating, always ready to help.
I could smell disinfectant on the towels in the room, which was reassuring.
The room was a bit small, and the elevator was tiny too, but for a building of this age, having an elevator at all is something to be grateful for!
The hotel recommended a legitimate parking lot nearby; although the parking fee was relatively high, it felt very secure.
The only downside was the poor sound insulation. I could hear every door open and close in the adjacent room very clearly. There was also another kind of noise, like the rumbling of an air conditioner's outdoor unit, which made it a bit hard to get used to sleeping at first.

The hotel is very close to the train station, a minute walk, there are supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries downstairs, and it is also close to the main street. The room is small, but it is still relatively clean, the bedding is still comfortable, the bathroom is small, in short, one person is not bad, 2 people are too crowded. The hotel has an elevator, luggage can be stored, no one at the front desk when checking in, looking for Trip.com customer service, quick response, the solution is also very sincere, Trip.com service is really nothing to say, I will try my best to book a room in Trip.com in the future.

It was so pleasant and the service at the desk was very good and for being in the city it doesn’t have any noise problem.

AadwtMy father had booked this hotel for my best friend and I for an early birthday celebration.
All staff were super nice and friendly, extremely welcoming and polite. On another note, we’re thankful to have had a private room with our own bathroom but our bathroom was slightly questionable.
There was this odour coming from somewhere in the bathroom, it smelled of a public bathroom aka if smells of piss all over as if the pipes had leaked or someone had peed all over the bathroom (not saying that it happened).
Along with it, our shower had some suspicious black stains, the shower curtain seemed to have had some mold on it but we are uncertain about it.
With it, my friend’s bed somehow had a bunch of water drops on it we couldn’t tell if it was from the smoke detector or the AC unit being turned on?
Lastly, my bed had this slat that was not put in properly and was being held by a piece of cardboard (I was kneeling on the bed and my knee went through the bed, I nearly ate the wall. But the slat was sideways and not put properly due to the fact that it was far too long for the bed’s width).
On a good note, we were grateful for the AC unit especially since Nice was super humid and we were sightseeing a lot, plus the courtyard is super cute! Absolutely loved sitting outside and enjoying.
The hotel is situated near from the train station (if you arrive at terminal two you can take the tram until Grand Arénas and take the train to Nice Ville)! Restaurants, shops, mall, bars etc all around!
