原三星級酒店，但現在顯然是沒有評星了。但性價比還是很好的。
房間設施保持的還行，除了吹風機很拉，一開有明顯的焦糊味。
公共設施就很一般了，寒潮下雪天也不開空調，走廊的大落地窗沒了也不裝。包括餐廳也沒開空調。

該酒店地處寧都縣老街中心。旁邊就是永寧寺和水口塔。是歷史悠久的古寺院。風光秀麗，可以遊玩休息。周邊是美食一條街。各種小吃和特色餐飲琳琅滿目。很方便。酒店衞生整潔，服務周到。後面是財政局的機關大院可以停車。

大年初一住店避免踩坑所以選擇了這家老店，結果還是如此。就吐槽一點，貴店的停車場入口位置（面向酒店大門的右手邊）真的很讓人費解，開車住店的朋友一定要引起重視。本人當天在網上找不到停車場的具體訊息，電話到店也給得不到具體指導訊息。最後前台找了門衞大爺指導我逆行去停車（他嫻熟的指導姿勢消除了我的顧慮），結果如圖。發出來的目的是提高貴店的服務質量，有交通探頭就不要指導車主逆行停車。
