Rishikesh Kumar, Himanshu, Nithin and Rajesh were excellent service provided. House keeping is excellent and rooms are near and clean. Front office staff were also excellent in servicing what you need. Komal and Manjith are good.......

Not of level of The fern Franchise.. the fern group should verify things periodically to check the quality.. Price wise they take same amount of as that of other the fern but quality is not at all at par.. Very small room s.. Very small washroom nd cleanliness issues..

Good hotel, with nice ambient and staffs like Rishikesh & Rajesh kumar Manjeet are really good and friendly, There was some electricity issue but that was not a normal course of business, This is what I was informed, but service is good And rooms are also fine.

Very good services provided by Rishikesh Kumar, Rajesh Kumar and Manjith from housekeeping department. Services were provided with quality and on time. People here are polite and very quick to resolve any issues. Room maintenance was very good. Overall very happy with the services.

Best housekeeping services provided. Thanks to Rajesh Kumar and Manjeet from the department. Rooms are quite good and well maintained. Well mannered housekeeping staff , available always in seconds for any issue. Food services are quite good. Have a wide variety of choices to choose from. Staff is very welcoming, the dining experience is so good.
