Automated proecesses for checkin and checkout worked fine, but suggestions regarding local food and such were missing.  The room was modern and comfortable with coffee and other essentials, including a set of wine glasses.  Appreciated.  The location was good, and on day two I found the local restaurants and convenience shops I missed the first day.  Within sight of Checkpoint Charlie and close to other big sites.

Good location with easy access to everything. However, the hotel was hard to find on the first day as it has no reception, which is part of its concept. 
Unfortunately, construction work was ongoing in the entrance and corridors throughout our stay, with no prior notice, apology, or compensation. 
Room amenities were minimal—only 2 small bottle of water for the first day and no slippers provided.

The location is okay, not far from the train station, and there are trams and subways at the door. The room is not big and the pillows are not very comfortable. The breakfast is rich and the smoked salmon is delicious.

Sketch is located near the Warschauer station, which is handy as you can just hop on the S Bahn and get within 5 minutes to Alexander Platz and other well known sights.     The property itself, is a little hiden but a sign at the entrance of building 54 shows the 2 entraces. I usually used the elevator, which is located at the 2nd couryard (left). Note that it is the last elevator in the couryard.     As soon as I entered the elevator a feeling of excitement arouse. An atmosphere as in industrialized elevator hit me, all rough and iron (in a positive kind sense). As soon as you arrive to the 3rd floor (You press 2 in the elevator), you will need your code which opens you the main door and the door of your room.    The rooms seemed very new (probably refurbished), mattresses are comfortable (not too hard and not too soft). Internet was stable and strong and the overall interior practical and nice!    Overall, it has been an awesome experience that I will definitely repeat.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Berlin! The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the attractions, and the hotel itself was pristine with excellent amenities. From the welcoming staff to the comfortable rooms, every aspect exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

A less eye-catching hotel apartment could not be found at the beginning. The location is very good. Museum Island and Berlin Cathedral will be there for a while. Breakfast will go to a small burger to eat but tastes too much.

Perfect for rest. The place in this hotel is great. Officers are also very happy to help. The guest room is very elegant, with a huge and comfortable room. We will definitely live here next time

To check in, it's online and it's a pain... sometimes the lockers fail and you have to wait for someone to come... which can easily take about 30 minutes. There is no one at reception… only specific hours on some days…. Of course, sleeping there is very quiet and very well located because you have the metro and bus station next door that immediately takes you to the center. Very good cleaning and they always leave you some details for breakfast such as coffee capsules, tea bags, potatoes, a cold drink in the refrigerator….

Although the location is not in the city center, it is very convenient to take Uber for about 10-15 euros per trip. The kitchen is complete, the shower and toilet are separated, the bathroom is very spacious, the water power is strong, and the towels are very soft and large. The heating is great. Large room can hold 2 29-inch suitcases. The coffee machine worked well, and the sofa bed in the living room was very spacious. The view is a floor-to-ceiling seascape, fireworks, and a large dining table for 4 people. Mattress beds were comfortable. There are washing machines and clothes dryers, but no laundry detergent is provided. Detergents, showers, shampoos and moisturizers are provided, but toothbrushes are not provided. The service staff is first-rate, courteous, and very helpful, and will say good morning and good night. The price is fair enough to take Uber back and forth. The room was very clean and tidy.

Not a bad place overall, quite easy to check in and check out. Everything required was provided, quite a large apartment. All the information was provided before our arrival which was super helpful. In the future might choose the place again :)

The hotels in the Netherlands do not include breakfast at all, and there is a separate fee for dining at the hotel. The hotel is apartment-style and the things are clean and suitable for regular or family stays. There are refrigerators, dishwashers and the like. It will not be cleaned every day. If necessary, it can be called the front desk. The younger brother at the front desk is very enthusiastic and will make fun of you. The room window cannot be fully opened, and the toilet has no window ventilation. The hotel is completely located in the local residential area. If you want to experience this kind of customs, you can consider it. The parking is a bit nervous and you need to find it yourself... There is a kind of domestic parking that is visual. Overall good

This is the first time in my life that I have given a one-star negative review after staying in hundreds of hotels.
1. No one will check you in

4. I desperately searched for various methods on the Internet (the temperature was 9 degrees and it was raining), and finally found out on Airbnb that they have a ”Contact Host” function to find someone.
5. The other party told me, ”If you want to check in, you have to come to our address below to get the key.” Hello! ! ! ! ? ? ? Why didn't you mention this in the move-in notice? ? Even Trip.com did not inform us at all!
6. When I arrived at the address (the location of another of their hotels), the teller was pushed out by the supervisor to block the gunfire. He kept telling me that it was not their problem, but that trip.com did not inform me of the contact address when delivering the package (laughing, everyone The hotel information and contact information on the reservation website are all filled in and uploaded by the hotel. Do you think I am being deceived?)
7🤬What makes me angry the most is that I asked my supervisor to speak out, but all his supervisors avoided him, saying that it was inconvenient now and he had to bear the responsibility himself.
When I checked out the next day, I asked to call the supervisor again. The teller gave me the same answer, saying, ”I can't contact anyone at all.”
The chain group YAY has six or seven hotels open. This is how they deal with it, avoidance, shirk, and no compensation. There is no customer service, no email, no online assistant, nothing.

Apartment-style hotel, the room also has kitchen, kitchenware and tableware, there is a public lounge, laundry room, etc., the decoration style is simple, suitable for long-term living.
The location is far from the city center, take the subway to the end + walk for more than ten minutes.

The apartment is clean. It is convenient to welcome intimate chocolate .Self check in. The kebab shop on the street is super delicious. But there are shortcomings. The street feels unsafe at night. Next to it is Jokers Wild ******, Downstairs there are often drunk people.

The hotel has no staff to meet you. So check-in is being done with software - long and hard process, where you wait and do it in the entrance, without any place to sit. It was not clear that we can do it a day before and in such situation  - it could have saved us the check-in puzzle at 11:00PM after long flight and train journey. Breakfast is served in a box to the room, but arrived on time only at the first day. breakfast is poor. The late arrival did not leave us time to eat it. When we asked what is happening, the final answer was at night.... There was is no cleaning of the room while we stayed, and if I understand correctly there is a way to replace the towels by yourself. The kitchen in the room is good and has all what is needed.
All in all - if you consider it as renting a house/room for short time with no service - it is a good choice, If you expect room service and decent breakfast, this is not the place for you. Subway is short walk away - about 14 minutes.

Personal experience is not bad, self-service is smooth, you can also store luggage, the surrounding environment is good, there is no front desk to meet other people who can't open the door with the PIN code.
Breakfast 15 euros is more general

The location is very good. There are supermarkets around, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. It is not far from the subway station. It takes less than half an hour to take a taxi to the old town. It is also half an hour from the exhibition hall.
