Hotel Cabin Style – Caters to Men

On the last day of my solo trip, the accommodation was clean and close to Okayama Castle and parks. I look forward to traveling to great places again next time. thank you

The room is just a bed, and when you open the door, there is a bed. It was an eye-opener for me. There isn't even any other space. Might as well stay in a youth hostel. Hostels at least have common spaces, but there is nothing here. It’s not even possible to store luggage. There were drunk uncles coming and going very late at night at 1am. Not really good.

This is a simple accommodation like an internet cafe. The room is small, about the size of two beds, and I can't stand up in my room because the ceiling is so low. There is no air conditioning in each room, and there are air vents near the bed and above the door. I don't really care about hygiene. I think it's reasonable considering the price.

It's very clean and I'm more satisfied than I expected. It would be best if it was a little closer to the station, but it is within an acceptable range. I had a relatively comfortable stay.

I think it was cheap and very convenient. I recommend it for short stays.

The capsule room has a door and a lock, and the ceiling is very high, which reduces a lot of pressure. The toilets and bathrooms are very clean, and the corridors are carpeted. 03. The blond foreigner in the next room was talking at a normal volume in the room, but was stopped by the tenant on the same floor. The alarm clock went off at around four o'clock in the morning, waking up a lot of people but his brother was unconscious. 04. It takes 15 to 20 centimeters to walk from Okayama Station, which is more than 1 kilometer. There is an underground tram station and a 24-hour Nanamo restaurant next to it. The price of a place like this is 2,500 yen a night, which is still quite cost-effective.

Despite the low price of around 2000 yen, which is comparable to a capsule hotel, you can have your own private space in a semi-private room (there is a small gap at the top of the door, so the air conditioning is shared across the floor). I was surprised at first to see that the room itself was about 1 tatami mat in size and only had a bed when I opened the door, but unlike a capsule hotel, it wasn't two-tiered and there was space up to the ceiling, so it didn't feel too oppressive and was surprisingly comfortable. There was also a TV, so it was many times better than some of the cheaper guesthouses. There were multiple showers on the floor, so I was able to use them without having to wait. There was also a wall-mounted hair dryer/fan in the changing area, which was the largest fan I could get for someone who sweats a lot, so I was able to change without getting sweaty, which was a big plus point. Check-in was also possible even at a fairly late hour, which was very helpful. I would like to use this accommodation again when I come to Okayama.
