The hotel is very good and the staff are proactive. English standard is not too high. However, the staff are polite and give prompt service. Some hotel directional signage is unclear. However, it is a good 5-star hotel. Comfortable and worth staying.

Greta for couples. Lawson on 20 minutes walk but amazing scenic views from the room. Staff are helpful and helped with our dietary requirements. Lots of great walking spots and secluded beaches near by.

Hyatt Regency Okinawa Seragaki Location - 8/10: The hotel is located approximately 1 hour's drive from Naha Airport, and there aren't many restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity. Service standard - 8.5/10: The front office staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. However, there might be room for improvement in the breakfast service, as it seems they may be understaffed. Enhancing the service level or hiring more staff would be beneficial. Room - 10/10: The rooms are spacious and appear to be new. It seems that all the rooms offer a fantastic sea view. Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area. Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. Nice sea view and location. But the window at our floor lobby is dirty, two beach opposite each other but not so nice because it next to the bridge and look like a canal

This 5-star hotel offers exceptional service. While the beach area for swimming may be on the smaller side and more suitable for families with kids, the swimming pools, particularly the indoor one, fulfill the purpose perfectly.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Spacious bedroom with view. Great service staff. Fantastic shower and bath. The only feedback we have is that the breakfast were exactly the same for the 2 days.

It was a terrible experience from the start due to the inconvenience of parking. Parking is payable, fine, but carpark is a distance away from rooms that you need a buggy to take you there. No information of parking was given prior to the check in, i only realized that parking is available on 2nd level of hotel lobby upon checking in. So far i have not stayed in 5 star hotel which requires you to pay parking, even lower grade hotels can provide you with free parking so what service is hyatt giving to their guest by charging them parking fees? They are here to stay, not just for food and activities. Staying overnight itself gave hyatt business and they want to profit from the parking? Then don’t give such high expectations by showing 5 stars. Honestly everything else was great but not their service. Slippers are not allowed in breakfast area, this was also not made known earlier, had to walk a long way to the room to change. There is only 1 lift lobby for the hotel rooms, very inefficient, hotel guest whose rooms are at the back have to walk at least 50-100m to get there. Will not recommend this hotel, there are better hotels nearby with this rate you are paying

Good location along the coastal line with restaurants and convenient stores in proximity. We stayed there for 4 nights and only got our room clean and towels changed once during our stay, not sure if it's common for resorts in Okinawa. Only had lunch at the bar and grill by the pool which was great with fair portion and tasty.

Great resort, buffet breakfast was delicious, especially with the decent coffee to go. choices of pool outlet are abundant. There is language barrier with the staff but too big a concern.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and all staff were friendly.
