Came into town for the weekend for a funeral. I checked on friday evening and was greeted by Luis. He was very thorough in explaining all things about my check-in, room, breakfast etc. Also let me know how long he'd be on his shift if I needed anything after check-in. There were about 3 ppl in line and he even apologized for the short wait.
Overall the room was decent. There were definitely some noticeable cosmetic upgrades that are needed.
The biggest downfall of the property is the parking... all parking is located in the rear of the hotel with main door accessibility only in the front. This made it inconvenient, and even felt unsafe when returning at night. Though i did not experience any mishaps and lighting was decent, it still felt uneasy.
Overall my stay was good and I will return again when I am back in town.

This property is clearly the least expensive option of 8 surrounding hotels. It has good size clean rooms.Open pool, exercise room with complimentary breakfast. Two dine in restaurants within a half a block. Plenty of fast food restaurants within a block. A gas station convenience store 24 hours with alcohol. The staff is great.

The area is fine. I had terrible service. Front desk ask me to take a picture of the under sink issue, which I refuse. Since u guys did not have the decency to come and fix my sink issue which I explained to the front desk. I will never stay at a comfort Inn hotel again. Also had a microwave I had to deal with until I figured out what a the French words meant. Come on guys, we live in America, How about plain English Language. I didn’t want anyone coming to my room due to online meetings I was conducting to just take some pictures. I am a senior and was totally blown away when I was asked to take picture. This is the worst hotel service I have ever encountered in my over 40 years of traveling.

The guy at the desk wanted me to sign a bunch of papers.
When I asked him the rate of my room, he said he does not know it, please sign your name everywhere it does not matter.
I found out that when I stayed 3 nights they only make the room every other night. It dates from the Covid infections!
But I paid for three days, unless of course it was buried in the papers I signed when I arrived.
I could have made my bed, I could have dried my towels
I should have brought my shampoo, brought my teas. I had only known! I would have chosen another hotel.

I booked a double room king. They don’t have a double room king. I either had to get a king or 2 queen beds. I feel like I was had.
