Classic Hotel am Stetteneck

Small but charming, with a great view from a perfectly situated location. The reception, restaurant, and bar all provided excellent service. It's just across the street from the Seceda hiking trailhead, a few minutes' walk from the cable car, and the Ssiusi cable car is to the right after exiting the hotel. It's also very close to the town center's small bus station square, just down a slope. A very comfortable stay.

The stay was mediocre. The room was small, and the facilities were outdated. Aside from the good location, there was nothing special about it. I needed to check out before 7 am, but the hotel didn't inform me that there was no 24-hour front desk, and no one was there to help me check out. I asked a kitchen staff member, but he wasn't very helpful and told me he couldn't do anything about it. He didn't offer any assistance. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. Because I needed to catch my train, I could only leave my card at the front desk and leave. I probably won't book there again.

It is located right at the entrance of Ortisei! It is convenient for taking the cable car, as well as for shopping at supermarkets and nearby stores. Although it is a ZTL zone, the hotel registers your parking, making it suitable for traveling by rental car.

Environment: The hotel is old, but still very well maintained. I really liked the restaurant, and the room windows had mountain views. Service: The front desk staff were a bit indifferent, but overall it was okay. We arrived early and were allowed to check in early. Location: It's located in the middle to late part of the main road. The downside is dragging suitcases uphill on a rocky path, making them difficult to pull. The upside is that it's very close to the Hughes Highlands cable car station, just around the corner. There are some restaurants on the main road, but they are sometimes closed, so it's somewhat unpredictable. The price-performance ratio is quite high; I recommend making reservations!

Excellent! The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Hughes Highland Blue Station. It's only a five-minute walk from the town center, making it easy to get around, eat, and shop. The hotel breakfast was also very good, especially the coffee. The rooms were spacious, and the hotel also has a sauna and swimming pool.

The hotel is conveniently located just 3-4 minutes from the main bus station, with supermarkets and restaurants along the way, and adjacent to the cable car to the Hughes Plateau. The hotel is small yet exquisite, a century-old historical site with facilities to meet the needs of modern travelers. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The included buffet breakfast is thoughtfully prepared, offering daily variations on top of the basic menu. A pleasant surprise is the hotel's complimentary guided hiking tours and the Sudtirol Guest Pass, valid from check-in to check-out, making it easy to explore the area using public transport. Furthermore, the hotel offers a reasonably priced and delicious dinner for only €35, including appetizers, main courses, and dessert – excellent value for a tourist area.

Love it! Highly recommended! 1. Great location, only a 10-minute walk from the 350 bus stop. It's in Otisei town, and the Hughes Plateau cable car station is a 2-minute walk away. 2. I absolutely loved the breakfast! The cappuccino, yogurt, fruit, bread, and desserts were all delicious! 3. The room had a bit of a cabin feel, with a small table by the window and a beautiful view! 4. The room didn't have air conditioning but had radiators, so the temperature was comfortable.

The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are great, and the service is attentive and warm. The small balcony in the room has a lovely view, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. The hotel breakfast is also plentiful, including some salmon.
