The service at this ski lodge was excellent, and its location near the ski slope is very convenient, almost like a ski-in ski-out. However, the gondola wasn’t working during my stay, so I had to use a shuttle, which was a bit inconvenient. The lodge has a slightly outdated feel, and the shower had low water pressure and some blockage issues. On a positive note, the food was outstanding, making the stay enjoyable despite minor setbacks.

We've been stopping here every year for the past eight years on our way from Georgia to the Mediterranean coast. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, varied, and delicious, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable, with a good Wi-Fi signal. It's also reasonably priced in the summer. I highly recommend it.

There was a room reservation problem. Although I booked 2 separate rooms, only one room was booked. The problem was solved and then the room type I selected was not set up. The service was not good, it was just clean.

The location of the hotel, the attention of the staff, the variety of breakfast and the suitability of the menu make it my only choice for my stays in Palandöken 💯

The hotel is right in front of the lifts. There are all the facilities at the hotel. It would be better if they increase the after-ski activities.

I was completely dissatisfied. They weren't helpful at all. They don't treat you like a human being when you're treated politely. I had a lot of problems. The ski rooms weren't helpful at all, even though I told them I'd be skiing for four days. I definitely won't be using the Dedeman group again.
