Great, friendly and helpful staff. Interesting location…very close to two Metro stops so easy to get back to airport. Only problem I had was every time I showered the bathroom flooded because there’s no screen or door.

Friendly host on the whole but who does not deserve its 4 stars for me (tiny room, no coffee machine in the room (a simple kettle rather cheap), no safe… only the bathroom was worth its 4 stars. Staff rather pleasant.

Have to travel to most tourist locations and outside area is a little dirty and smells but hotel and it's staff and lovely and helpful. Speak both French and English. Would stay here again

Needed a hotel near Gare Du Nord and this was perfect and well located tot he metro a few minutes away, reception stand very greenly and a lovely room nice bathroom with toilerties and tea and coffee in the room, Bed was comfortable and a good night sleep. the area of the hotel is in an upcoming part of Paris and some ok cafes and lots of people on the streets!!!

Room was clean and in good state, Staff very friendly and welcoming. It’s better then it looks from outside, The area is a bit concerning, do not walk around too much just go straight into the station to take the metro.

The room is dark and the bed is creaky. There is no refrigerator either.

The staff does a great job. They are friendly and professional, and ready to guide you to great sights and fabulous restaurants.

Great location for sight seeing around Sacre Coeur and heaps of nice restaurants and bars Two minute walk to the metro so really easy to get around Paris All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very eco friendly hotel

Nice enough hotel, with a good supermarket rightnext door. Free bottles of water in reception. Surrounding area seemed a bit dirty, but the proximity to Montmartre and Sacre Coeur made up for this.

The Playce Hotel is quite underwhelming from the outside and the lobby is not as pictured in the advertisement on **********, however the room was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived before checkIn time and the staff made every effort to have a room ready as quickly as possible. It had many small conveniences, including a 24 hour free espresso machine, and a machine for free cold, room temperature, or carbonated water to refill water bottles. It is situated next door to a large grocery store where we purchased a variety of fresh pastries for breakfast each morning. We were welcome to eat these pastries at the bar tables while enjoying the free coffee. It is within walking distance from the Sacré Coeur Basilica in Montmartre and close to many restaurants. It is also less than two blocks from the nearest Metro station. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located in a popular area of Paris (Barbès) with plenty of cheap stores and many many nice restaurants appreciated by locals. It is a five minutes walk from the Sacré-Cœur. The hotel is located 100 meters away from the metro station Château Rouge (line 4) and makes it perfect to visit Paris. The hotel is clean, but sometimes, depending when, corridors may be dirty because of guests. This said, our room was super clean and quite. The bed was confortable. What blew me away was the level of service: Spectacular! Super friendly and accommodating! I was celebrating my birthday in Paris and came with a huge cake which they kept for me in their fridge (they had to make room for it). They also have a nice bar/pub where locals go, and at least for us (thru **********), we had a couple of free beers! Very happy with this stay and the friendly staff!

Very nice stuff super friendly and reliable, the room are clean. It’s just the outside I don’t feel comfortable on the neighborhood . The good thing of the area or the hotel is very close the metros, kuddos to that.

The room was very comfortable and the place is nice, although it needa a little maintenance ( ex. The shower head of our room was broken ) They have great environmental measures such as free water filters & glass bottles to avoid buying plastic ones, free coffee in the lobby. The staff is really friendly and they do the best to help you out.

Staff were very friendly but the hotel was very dirty. For being this expensive, they should focus on cleanliness.
