GGuest UserThe girl at Check in counter is super nice, arrange us a very nice room with higher level and good view, i’m willing to pay extra fee to upgrade the room, because the girl is so considerate, sweet and patient.
The transportation here is very convenient, u can drive to any tourist attractions within 25min. Also provide free shuttle bus service to Dubai Mall.

MMaoyaThis was the only hotel we stayed at in Dubai, and it offered incredible value for money. The front desk upgraded us to a sea-view suite with two separate large bedrooms, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It's right next to Palm Jumeirah and very close to Skydive Dubai. The metro station is just 30 meters from the hotel entrance, making transportation super convenient. I highly recommend booking the Akaya Ma Seahorse Camp desert safari on Taobao; the hotel provided full transfers and concierge-like service with a rich variety of activities.

EEvvvvvvI recently stayed at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to various attractions and the stunning creek views.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. From fresh fruits to delicious pastries and hot dishes, there was something for everyone.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly service, and excellent breakfast selection!

What impressed me the most was the amazing staff and management team – very professional, friendly, and always attentive. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. EEwan912The sole purpose for this stay is for the countdown view of Burj Khalifa and the room’s view is spectacular! We drove and was met with the valet but then from there to the lobby was not clear as expected with a 5 star hotel. Once we got up to the room it was great. Bathroom was nice and room is modern, but the TV is not great. The the colour is obviously broken with half the TV different. Breakfast was good with a good spread and taste was good but they didn’t have enough staff and service is rushed and the experience is not quite 5 star. It just seems a number of staff isn’t fully trained and the manager had to tell them to do this and that in front of us. Lastly, they tried the “menu” model like top hotels with the breakfast and that was a joke! I ordered French toast and on the menu it was with whipped cream and compote with berries. The plate given had no cream and just had a couple strawberries. It was a good stay but still some areas to improve for the premium price.

AAnonymous UserCame back to same Staybridge suites after a cruise and got upgraded for one night stay before flying off. It’s a beautiful hotel, view on high levels are very good and metro is just downstairs. Convenience stores are on left and right of apartment. Many eateries and pharmacies along the whole stretch of road. Staff are courteous and helpful.

RRBouThe hotel's location is truly incredible. The metro station is right in front, a 3-minute walk away, as is the taxi rank.
The studio is spacious, even for two people for an extended stay.
The housekeeping service is excellent; they clean every day.
Water, coffee, sugar, tea, and milk are provided by the hotel.
The kitchenette is very spacious and well-equipped for preparing meals.
The refrigerator is very functional and large enough to store food.
The staff is truly excellent and attentive.
The breakfast is decent.

KKhalfan_AlnaqbiThe hotel's location on Sheikh Zayed Road is excellent. It's conveniently close to Mall of the Emirates, an 11-minute drive to Dubai Hills Mall, and 15 minutes to Dubai Mall. However, while the furniture is in good condition, it feels quite dated, and the bathroom and kitchen facilities also show their age. The gym is excellent and spotlessly clean, as is the pool, which also boasts a great location.
