QQingdaozhangxianshiOur experience at the Dubai Marriott Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned every day. The bedding was comfortable, and the environment was fresh and clean; the attention to detail was exceptional. Room service was prompt and the staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, making our stay very reassuring. The hotel's dining was also a pleasant surprise; the dishes were diverse and authentic. From breakfast to dinner, you could feel the care put into each meal, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of choices, leaving us very satisfied. Overall, the service was top-notch, the environment comfortable, and the dining a huge plus. We highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Dubai!

GGuest UserWe booked a stay at the Sheraton Grand Dubai to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and what a fun and memorable experience it was! We visit Dubai several times a year but had never stayed here before. Our daughter, who lives in Dubai, suggested after she enjoyed a pool day, and it turned out to be a brilliant idea.
The food was really great, the staff were outstanding, and the service throughout was exceptional. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, everything about the stay was perfect. We couldn’t find a single thing to fault.
Highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Dubai — we’ll definitely be back!

GGuest UserA truly perfect stay! It's cut from the same cloth as Atlantis but with a more artistic vibe. The fire and water fountain show is definitely worth seeing! Breakfast was abundant and varied. Due to a flight change, we had to check out a day early, and the hotel surprised us by delivering our ordered breakfast items right before we left. It was beautifully presented and far from a perfunctory gesture, which was a delightful surprise!

RRBouThe hotel's location is truly incredible. The metro station is right in front, a 3-minute walk away, as is the taxi rank.
The studio is spacious, even for two people for an extended stay.
The housekeeping service is excellent; they clean every day.
Water, coffee, sugar, tea, and milk are provided by the hotel.
The kitchenette is very spacious and well-equipped for preparing meals.
The refrigerator is very functional and large enough to store food.
The staff is truly excellent and attentive.
The breakfast is decent.

MM255441****The environment is great, the service is excellent, and check-in was a breeze. Unlike some hotels that demand a deposit upon arrival, this one doesn't. Plus, it's quite well-equipped; I've stayed in other Dubai hotels that didn't even provide slippers or toiletries, but this one has them. It's also very convenient for getting around and shopping.

HHaitham AlqamI had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the lobby.
The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed — comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and a beautiful view. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly every day.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh options, both local and international, served in a relaxing and stylish atmosphere.
The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which made for a restful night’s sleep.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a great experience. I will definitely return!

KKhalfan_AlnaqbiThe hotel's location on Sheikh Zayed Road is excellent. It's conveniently close to Mall of the Emirates, an 11-minute drive to Dubai Hills Mall, and 15 minutes to Dubai Mall. However, while the furniture is in good condition, it feels quite dated, and the bathroom and kitchen facilities also show their age. The gym is excellent and spotlessly clean, as is the pool, which also boasts a great location.

Its prime location also means most attractions are easily accessible. Complimentary breakfast is provided, offering a decent selection of classic Western dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
