AAnonymous UserThis five-star hotel gave me a great sense of security. I was so lucky to see the Heavenly Lake (Tianchi) at Changbai Mountain. They have a VIP fast track that saved a lot of time. And our butler, Li Chao, was incredibly responsive, arranging everything thoughtfully and promptly for guests. We missed the hotel's shuttle to the ski resort by a few minutes, and the butler immediately arranged for a dedicated hotel car to rush us to the next stop, the Crown Hotel, to catch our transport. It was incredibly thoughtful! For lazy travelers like us who don't want to think too much, it was such a stress-free experience. The breakfast was also excellent. The front desk was fantastic too; upon arrival, they upgraded us directly to a business executive room, which was comfortable and spacious. It's in Building 1 with direct access to the hot springs, and we enjoyed them for two nights โ my child absolutely loved it. All the staff were welcoming and very attentive.
The Food Court (Meishi Hui) had a great variety and generous portions, and everything was delicious. At the barbecue stand, I even got to try on traditional Korean clothing. Seeing the Heavenly Lake, which is only open for 50 days in winter, was an amazing experience. The train station shuttle service was also five-star; on our return, even though it was just the two of us, the bus still picked us up on time. Truly VIP service!
Next time I visit Changbai Mountain, I'll definitely stay at Lan Jing again.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, making both check-in and check-out a breeze. Housekeeping was meticulous, and the bedding was so soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. Excellent value for money โ I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

MM482715****The service was excellent; the hotel staff, especially the aunties, were very warm and helpful, even bringing up our takeout orders to the room. When one of our food deliveries went missing, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us by checking the surveillance footage. Parking is conveniently available right outside the door. My only minor confusion is why, despite the room being so spacious, the bathroom was designed to be quite small (though it did have a smart toilet and was very clean).

SShuhuangKKThe room was decorated warmly and comfortably, very spacious, and had excellent natural light. The bedding was soft and cozy, and the mattress had just the right amount of bounce, ensuring I slept soundly every night. The soundproofing was also superb, completely blocking out any outside noise. Furthermore, the room was fully equipped with amenities like a smart toilet, an HD TV, and high-speed internet, meeting all my needs during the trip. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the toiletries were of high quality, with plenty of hot water for showers.
My stay here was absolutely perfect; everything was impeccable. Whether for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend everyone to experience it! I believe you'll fall in love with this hotel too.

TTan CK 9320I had a wonderful stay at Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel! The hotel is very affordable, making it a great option for budget travelers without compromising on comfort. What really stood out was the ownerโs incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the owner went out of their way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. They provided transport from Changbaishan Station to the hotel and even offered to take us to local attractions at no extra charge, which made exploring the area so much easier. The photos below show the owner fetching us to the attractions, which was such a thoughtful touch!
The hotel is located right in town, so itโs very convenient. There are many food options nearby, as well as a convenience store, which made grabbing snacks or essentials very easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall environment of the hotel was welcoming and cozy.
The owner is truly a kind and thoughtful person, always ready to help and ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. I felt really looked after throughout our visit.

MM35346****Huge thanks to the lovely front desk lady who upgraded my room! One of the staff members was truly amazing, and I really appreciate her efforts and kindness. There's a great 'iron pot stew' restaurant about 200 meters to the left when you exit the hotel โ the food was delicious and I'd definitely recommend it. The owner even suggested we try ice fishing! However, apart from the excellent service from that one staff member, the hotel's facilities and room amenities were pretty average. I didn't feel it offered great value for money. The pictures are dedicated to that wonderful lady who brightened our stay.

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

GGuest UserThe hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo โ fantastic! ๐ Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

MM741677****The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.
