Great location near the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety. Staff were professional and welcoming. We were kindly upgraded to a Premium room, which was a lovely surprise.

I always wanted to stay in this hotel since it is right next to where I leave and we used to Go to the bar time to time to have drinks yet I am a bit disappointed. The location is absolutely perfect but I find the staff not very communicative and the cleaning a bit avarage.

I stayed at Novotel Strasbourg from 5–6 June. A special thank you to Nagee at the front office, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay and provided excellent service. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city centre and within easy reach of attractions, restaurants, and shopping. However, this central location comes with significant noise. Even in the middle of the night, street noise was very noticeable. People talking loudly and creating disturbances on the street opposite the hotel could be clearly heard from the room. The room size was quite small, and the amenities were below my expectations for a hotel of this category. Overall, the location and helpful staff were positives, but the noise levels, room size, and limited amenities affected the overall experience.

I stayed for one night. The main things for me were the location near the center and the availability of breakfast. Both of these points were in this hotel, so I liked everything. The breakfast was variated, the dining area was large and comfortable, and there were no queues or crowds. The reception staff were very pleasant. The only small inconvenience were the room itself — there was no towel hook in the bathroom, and the room was quite small, but in my case this was not a problem. The location was very convenient, close to the station! It's an apartment-style hotel, so I thought it was convenient that it had a stove, washing machine, pots, etc. I was happy that the welcome fruit included clementines and chocolates. I thought breakfast was a little pricey at 20 euros. It would have been nice if there had been more food that gave a more Alsatian feel.

The aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes. Nice things: - Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle. - Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower. Thing to call out: - The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn. - The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin. - The air conditioning is not adjustable.  - Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest. - Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash. - Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.

no electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.

The location is excellent, with the B tram stop right outside. A walk along the Ill River from the hotel to Petite France offers fantastic views. The hotel facilities are also very complete, and a supermarket is about 100 meters away.

Very comfortable hotel, the room is spacious and bright. The big sister at the front desk service is really friendly. The surrounding environment is also very quiet. Living here is very cost-effective and worth recommending

Love the service there! The staff at the reception were amazing but the place does not resemble the photo, it's a lot smaller and less new but there's cooking utensils, pots, stove, and microwave but just looks very different from the picture so it was unexpected. It's just 10mins walk to the train station which is very convenient! 20-25mins walk from attractions
