GGuest UserGreat location near Strasbourg train station! Just a 1–2 minute walk from the train station. The room was nice and clean, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast room staff were quite rude and arrogant, which was disappointing.

KKkaatteebbThis is a difficult hotel to review. The rooms we originally booked did not match the rooms that we were allocated. I understand that the hotel is an old building with a variety of styles of rooms, but the advertising is very misleading. With the help of the wonderful gentleman at the front desk, Noam(?), we shared our complaint and were given different rooms that were much better. Noam went above and beyond to make us feel accommodated and welcome throughout our stay. One thing to note is that the property doesn’t have USB charging points, so you will need an adapter. Finally, we did have a fire alarm that was very laissez faire (I ran down the WOODEN fire escape stairs in my socks to find the hotel staff (an older gentleman) not really doing a lot - and not really explaining what was going on) and the fire escape had A LOT of cleaning supplies and furniture that in a real situation would have cost lives - I do think this is something the property needs to rectify immediately.

GGuest UserAdvantages: Newly opened, very close to the university, not far from the city, there is a large shopping mall behind, which is very convenient, and there is a tram at the door
Disadvantages: 1. The front desk is informal, just a small table; 2. Check-in requires credit card number, name, and CVV number, and the risk of fraud increases, so I didn’t sleep well all night and immediately locked the credit card; 3. The quilt in the room is very wrinkle
I won’t dare to stay at this hotel next time.

罗罗The location is very good, just in the row of hotels opposite the Strasbourg train station, you can see it at the train station. The hotel room is small, but it is very clean, and there is air conditioning (just in Europe, air conditioning is very important). The hotel has an elevator (can take three people), the front desk and the service staff are very friendly, it is basically speaking French, English is normal, but the communication is no problem. The hotel's breakfast buffet is 10 euros, we ate once, not bad, chocolate small bread and strawberry bread are delicious, French style breakfast (there is less meat). Opposite the hotel is McDonald's, next to the Carrefour city, the Evian mineral water inside is the cheapest British and French travel, 1.5 liters of 0.62 euros a bottle, cheaper than Paris. Others eat enough, you can replenish food. In short, the overall impression of this hotel is good, will consider staying next time.

I didn't eat breakfast, but there was a bakery nearby, so it was easy to buy.
There is an elevator in the hotel, but when you enter the hotel from outside the hotel, there are about 10 steps, so you have to carry your suitcase up.
