Amazing
GGuest UserGreat, clean & friendly hotel. It's got a young & trendy type of vibe. Not as centrally located for what we needed, but we didn't mind the extra walking. Would definitely stay here again. Only negative was that the breakfast was a bit sparse, we weren't late but there was hardly anything left, luckily we weren't too hungry and made do with a couple of croissants (maybe wouldn't have paid extra for breakfast if we'd have known)

GGuest UserEnjoyed a great stay. Stayed one night before going on holiday, will be staying again when we return in March. Clean hotel, good choice of evening food & a fantastic full breakfast available. Rooms clean & tidy & a bed to sleep in for hours & hours ! A great visit - what's not to like 😀

GGuest UserGreat location for Bristol airport. Comfy beds, kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Airport shuttle service available, however this is £8 p.p. which I think is a little steep, considering you're staying at the hotel. On site restaurant is also a bit pricey and they don't stock flavoured gin at the bar!

DDivsb⭐ Amazing Stay at Double Tree by Hilton Bristol City Centre ⭐ I had an incredible experience staying at Double Tree by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved waking up to the stunning views from my window. The breakfast was fantastic — a great selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. And I have to mention, their cookies are just amazing — freshly baked, perfectly sweet, and absolutely irresistible which you get at the reception when you check in! The location was perfect — close to the city center and train station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend Double Tree by Hilton Bristol City Centre for anyone visiting Bristol. I can’t wait to come back on my next trip and hope to stay at the same hotel😍!!

GGuest UserAll fine except for a few things: there was only one breakfast tea bag left each day so had to ask for more. The fridge didn’t work. When we went to the sauna at 5pm (the time they state it’s open from) and it had not been switched on so had to call reception and by the time the sauna was beginning to get warm we had to leave as we had a booking (about 45 minutes later). It was shut when we returned and in the morning before we checked out so we didn’t get to use it. Rather annoying as we chose this hotel over others BECAUSE of them having a ‘spa’.

GGuest UserOverall, everything was very good. The staff were friendly and polite, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was sufficient, and the location was great. The only downsides were the lack of a refrigerator and the bathroom exhaust fan, which couldn’t be turned off and was a bit noisy.

SsrchmzWe stayed here as a group of four in two separate rooms. We chose the hotel partly because of its rustic style, but after this stay we realised that this type of accommodation was not really for us. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an extremely hot week in the UK, and the biggest issue was the temperature in the rooms. There was no proper cooling, only small fans, and they were not enough at all. One of our rooms became extremely hot during the day, while the other was very uncomfortable at night. Because of the heat, we had to leave the room earlier than planned. There was also no lift, which may be expected in some older UK buildings, but it is still something to keep in mind. Cleanliness was average, but I cannot say it was particularly impressive. Overall, it was not a very comfortable stay for us. The building has character, but the room conditions, especially during hot weather, made the experience difficult. I personally would not choose to stay here again.

SSopartThe hotel was perfectly situated across the road from the train station and within easy walking distance of the town centre. We were checked in by Amber, who was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and the buffet provided was plentiful. Definitely would stay again!

GGuest UserWe had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad. The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.
