XizesissorThe hotel boasts an excellent location right in Bristol city center, next to the City Hall and a church. We arrived at 12:30 PM, and since a room was available, they kindly allowed us to check in early. The English breakfast was quite good, especially the roasted button mushrooms, which were delicious. However, I have a major complaint: this Marriott doesn't have air conditioning, and the room windows are sealed shut, meaning they can't be opened at all. To make matters worse, the room was incredibly airtight. Even after borrowing a small fan from the hotel, it was still uncomfortably hot and stuffy, and I didn't get a good night's sleep.

Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location near Temple Meads made getting around very easy. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast had plenty of choice. Would stay again.

PhoebbeThe place was easy to locate, it’s in the centre. Despite having road blocks there was no problem locating the hotel. There was ample parking as well. The reception was tidy and feels welcoming. My daughter loved the small play area. Staff were very helpful and professional. The room was large, there was enough space even if the sofa was made into a bed. The fire alarm went off though at around 5am hence we have no proper sleep, but despite that our stay was lovely!! Will definitely come back here.

The Hilton is perfectly located for early morning departures or, as in our case, early hours arrival. A very, warm, and welcoming base to rest before onward travel .
The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast had a good choice and very tasty.

Guest UserAbsolutely delightful experience at this hotel! Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows and had everything we could need (iron, hair dryer, church view, kettle, towels etc). Incredible stay for the price and location even though it was a last minute booking. We were even offered two room keys, not just one, which is a small thing but an issue I’ve had elsewhere. Lovely staff and I’d love to visit again one day. Would recommend.

Guest UserThis hotel was fantastic. It is very central but on a busy road island and so can be easy to miss the turning. Discounted NCP was next door though for super convenient parking. Service, facilities and cleanliness were all great. I had an executive room so access to the lounge and food/drinks was perfect having arrived later in the day on a Sunday. Breakfast was fantastic and I would definitely stay again. Great value too having shopped around.

srchmzWe stayed here as a group of four in two separate rooms. We chose the hotel partly because of its rustic style, but after this stay we realised that this type of accommodation was not really for us.
Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an extremely hot week in the UK, and the biggest issue was the temperature in the rooms. There was no proper cooling, only small fans, and they were not enough at all. One of our rooms became extremely hot during the day, while the other was very uncomfortable at night. Because of the heat, we had to leave the room earlier than planned.
There was also no lift, which may be expected in some older UK buildings, but it is still something to keep in mind. Cleanliness was average, but I cannot say it was particularly impressive.
Overall, it was not a very comfortable stay for us. The building has character, but the room conditions, especially during hot weather, made the experience difficult. I personally would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Bristol and everything in walking distance or scooter if you wish.
Rooms very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a harbour view room which has fab views. I would imagine there isn't a bad view from the Radisson. The hotel will validate your parking if using Nelson St ncp which gives £5 off. Please note that its also £9 per day if your vehicle travels within the new CAZ restrictions. Either pay beforehand or up to 6 days later or face a fine! Or park out of city and park and ride in or train. Also NCP parking is not the cheapest either, again check all extra charges before travelling to Bristol.

Guest UserWe had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad.
The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.
