Great
CChicThe location is really good. It's close enough to walk to most of Milan's tourist attractions.
It's a safe area, so families often walk by with their children even at 10 p.m.
The only downside is that the supermarket is a bit far away, but that's SOSO
Chinatown is also 1km away, so you can grab some Korean food there when you miss it.
The gentleman who works at the hotel counter in the evening is very kind and gentle.
Most of the staff are also kind, and the breakfast has a limited selection, but it's good to eat something simple.
The downside is that we stayed for 5 days, and for the first two days, they kept filling the fridge with 2 bottles of water.
But from the third day on, they stopped filling the fridge with water.
We drank a lot of water anyway, so we bought a box of plastic bottles from the supermarket and drank them, so it wasn't a big deal...
Is that the only downside?
林林雷恩RyanThe transportation is convenient, the hotel is very clean, the service staff is professional, shopping is convenient and convenient, and the public security is relatively safe. Except for the high accommodation cost, I am very satisfied with everything else. Will definitely visit again next time!

GGuest UserAndrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price. Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.
AAnonymous UserThe service was good, they are attentive and greet you when you come and go.
However, only 1 card is given per room. I wanted an extra card to make it convenient for my partner and I but was refused. The reason was that there was not ebough keeys and the hotel was fully booked.
Being doubtful (as you can see if a person is in the room when the door light is purple) i check on booking and trip.com and low and behold, there were rooms! I understand if it isfor an ESG thing, but dont lie to your customers!!

GGuest UserThe location is very good, just over 100 meters from the subway, and all the attractions are within four stops. It's very quiet, and the neighborhood is also very safe. There is a pizza, pasta, and breakfast shop downstairs. Recommended
JJesutofunmiI really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room and bathroom were all perfect. The only people was the distance from the city center which wasn’t a big deal for us because it gave us the opportunity to explore the city
AAnonymous UserThe service staff are all young and energetic, their English is very good, and they can communicate easily. Everyone is enthusiastic to provide help, including carrying luggage and bags, and even helping to call TAXI. The location of the hotel is also unbeatable. Go straight, turn right, and walk 800 meters to the Duomo. Will come and stay next time

Wwill423The room was quite spacious, but the facilities were just average. The hotel's location is a bit too out of the way. For the price, getting such a large room offers decent value for money, though. There's a Conad City supermarket nearby, about a 10-minute walk. The hotel is very close to the S2 train station; it's right outside the exit. However, if you need to get to the M3 subway station, it's a much longer walk, probably around 15 minutes.
GGuest UserIt was very horrible trip in Italy, the first day I arrived the Novotel Linate hotel my backpack was stolen in the hotel lobby almost full valuable stuff lost, it was most upset and traumatic experience I Ever had. You can’t imagine how bad it is in the hotel lobby, really ridiculous and unimaginable.
The most awful thing I didn’t get any apologies from hotel. I reported the case to police station in Milano by myself, although I pleased to check the camera video and refused by hotel due to the dame human rights excuse, I am wondering if the stuff from hotel were stolen , won’t you check the camera or not? It was very suck for the Milano police, I am shame on them , in the past 20 days, nothing progress from them , moreover they seem didn’t come to hotel check after my report in their office. Very baaaaaaaad
