Guest UserThe hotel itself is very close to the JR station, but unfortunately, JR trains to Tomakomai are very infrequent, running only about once an hour in the evening. You really have to plan your time carefully, otherwise, like me, I waited a full 48 minutes at Minami-Chitose before a train returned to Tomakomai. The hotel staff were very helpful; although they only spoke Japanese, they understood what I needed and were happy to assist me.

The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted us with a smile. Amenities were placed behind the front desk, and guests were free to take whatever they needed, which I personally thought was a great system.
There are also convenience stores, izakayas, and restaurants near the hotel, so it's perfect.
The room was also well-cleaned, making for a comfortable stay.
