SSF24enjoyed this lovely and warm stay. the staff was so attentive and gracious. truly appreciate the free parking provided and the welcome amenities kit. the bath house is quiet and filled with anything you need for a bath.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is very close to the JR station, but unfortunately, JR trains to Tomakomai are very infrequent, running only about once an hour in the evening. You really have to plan your time carefully, otherwise, like me, I waited a full 48 minutes at Minami-Chitose before a train returned to Tomakomai. The hotel staff were very helpful; although they only spoke Japanese, they understood what I needed and were happy to assist me.

It's a big road, so the noise of the car is loud at night.
