The lady name maria ( owner of condotel)according to the property manager is not friendly with the guest,she doesn’t know how communicate with the guest. It takes time before they arrive in the lobby to assist us to our room.

Good location. The amenities are clean, the service was not so good. We waited for 1 hour amidst informing them for early check in.

It has a long tradition and uses traditional keys. It's amazing! I myself was confused about how to use the key. It was a special experience. The smell of cooking fumes from the building behind us entered the 7th floor. The carpet in the room had a strange odor. The room's wifi was almost unusable.

Sorry to say but this is my first time having trouble because host never provide enough crockeries.

Good for solo or if travelling with friends or family. Can use the utilities for cooking. Recommended if your just after a place to stay for sleep and rest especially when you have an early or late flight. Walking to the airport will be around 10-15mins. Good area go around for food and near convenience stores.

We went back and extended our stay after coming back from field work in the province to have a good rest in this nice place. It is very homey and whatever we need like food, toiletries, scenery, is very accessible🥰

I went by car, so it was extremely difficult to understand the location of the hotel and the parking lot. I don't know even if I go to the front of the hotel. The area near the hotel is close to the airport, so the security is good, and I was able to eat with peace of mind.

No wifi signal, room a bit messy and old furnigures. Nor weel maintained. Loose water tap/ faucet.

Internet is slow. You need to press button of router when you want to use it. I really don’t understand how it works.

Original room’s wifi and aircon was so weak, better to check in at hotel rather than here. They switched us to a room that was a bit better. Upon check out, i forgot my eyeglasses and when I messaged them, they said the cleaning staff threw it away along with some other things. Not so responsive, i had to send so many messages for them to notice my messages, took several hours before a resolution and updates was made. They said they had retrieved it. I had it picked up via lalamove. Will not stay here again.

There was a technical error with my booking of this hotel. I immediately contacted them when I saw the computer glitch and they did not respond. I wrote two direct emails over the following days and received no response. I asked my booking agency to contact them. Again, no response, and I was charged for a full night even though I received no service. Terrible business model. I waited 5 days before writing this review, hoping to come to a solution. Disappointed for sure.

I went here with my gf one night and the condo is fine. But I been waiting 1 hour and half at 3pm till 4:30pm for get into the room and check in was a 2pm. So annoying.

I wasn't informed regarding with the ealry checkin payment. The person I am talking to in this app she mentioned it only costs ₱200 but it was not cleary stated that it was ₱200 per hour so we were left with no choice but to grab it since we came from an early flight and all we need is sleep ₱1000 was quite unjustifiable. No heater in the bathroom which I was thought there was since a condotel. We were left with no choice again with the bed type, we were given 2 single beds but it didn't matter since we were really sleepy already. When I requested something the agent was not responsive at all. Also, please fix some of the furniture, we ended up to not use it to avoid pointing finger or put the blame on us just like the bed frame we saw it needs some repair and the cabinet. We only used 1 bed for the 2 of us.
