Great location and very efficient . Friendly staff and good breakfast too

The hostel’s ac kept turning off in the evening, which made it very warm at night as it is the summer. However the staff was available to help at any time of night and they turned it back on. The hostel is located very centric and it makes it easy to go out and explore the city. It’s close to a museum and the subway if you plan to explore further away.

Great hotel! Great location, clean rooms, huge shower. We lived in a separate double room. Entrance to the room by QR code. Good soundproofing of the rooms, my wife said a good hair dryer. 100% recommend a separate room.

Next time I go to Madrid again, I definitely plan to go to Bastardo Hostel!! The location is really good, and there are many shops near the hostel, and there is a Yaoyao Spanish ice cream shop,,♥️ The water pressure is strong, the air conditioning works well, and the room itself is large!! The room is quite big, with bunk beds. The bed is semi-enclosed and fixed, so it won't be too wobbly. It's a good place to live. You can put your bag in the drawer under the bed, but there is no lock. She sells a lock for 5 euros each, but it works. Free package storage, and the whole room is dimly lit, which I think is good to prevent someone from waking you up if you arrive late and leave early.

The air conditioner is not cooling, and it is painful to sleep every night. The service attitude is extremely poor and the treatment of Chinese people is really unbearable.

The shower is broken, you can only take a shower with a shower that cannot be moved on the ceiling. There is no guardrail on the bunk bed, and I am a little afraid of falling when I sleep, which is a bit dangerous. The provided body milk thought it was a moisturizer, but it would foam when touched with water. I suspected that the body wash was put into the body milk. The location of the hotel is good, the subway station is nearby, very convenient.

Convenient, it only takes about 35-40 minutes from the airport to the hotel. The subway station is only five minutes away from the hotel. Use qrcode to enter and exit without fear of losing the key. Overall clean. There are two bathrooms in the room, and the toilet is also clean.
