The facilities were complete, and the stay was quite comfortable. The room size was just right, and the soundproofing was pretty good, which was unanimously praised by my family. I feel so accomplished! I'll definitely come back next time! The food was absolutely delicious and authentic, no need to say more. It was a truly fantastic experience at a fair price. The old Yangtze River Hotel before the Yi Hotel, I was very satisfied with my stay. The check-in procedure at the front desk was very fast and the service was enthusiastic. Because we came to Hefei with our one-year-old granddaughter and there were a lot of things. There was a little staff member who helped us carry our luggage. , I really feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich and tastes good!

I chose this hotel while traveling and the overall feeling was pretty good. The location is right on the side of the Hefei Ring Road, five minutes off the expressway. The decoration of the hotel is very unique, the facilities are not bad, and the beds are comfortable. At a price of more than 100 meters, it is already very good to have such conditions. Personally, I think it's more suitable for couples, the room is very atmospheric. The only drawback is that there is no curtain in the bathroom, so there is no privacy when taking a shower or going to the toilet.

The quilt is a little small for two people to sleep in. The faucet in the toilet is fixed and installed too high, which is not friendly to girls. The most important thing is that they do not provide drinking water. You have to buy it from the convenience store downstairs and bring it up every day. The landlord's service attitude was very good and enthusiastic. He picked us up at the door and took us to the parking lot (because the parking lot was like a maze)

Our two-night stay in the courtyard room was quite relaxing and enjoyable. The environment was lovely, the restaurant served delicious food, and there's a spot for fishing. Although the courtyard was small, it was very cozy to sit in and perfect for taking photos. The butler service was excellent; they were always responsive and answered all our questions. During the holiday season, it was evident that the staff were working very hard. My family had a good rest, and the children had a great time, so overall, I gave it a positive rating. However! Compared to other guesthouses of similar or even lower price points, when fully booked, their capacity to handle guests clearly fell short. For example, our room was still being cleaned close to the 3 PM check-in time. During check-in, the staff were so busy they couldn't even offer water. There was also a lack of staff guidance from parking to check-in and luggage assistance. At 9 PM, the hot water ran out halfway through my shower, forcing a cold one, and there was no prior warning that this could be an issue (I reported it to the butler, but received no follow-up beyond an apology). At dinner, many guests at the restaurant were kept waiting for their dishes. The layout of the courtyard room wasn't very practical; one side of the electric screen curtain was broken, and there were quite a few mosquitoes. Although I asked the butler for insect repellent, it really should have been provided proactively. It was also a bit disappointing that the complimentary 'goodnight sweet soup' had to be picked up from the restaurant. Information about activities at the activity center was only available upon direct inquiry. The painted fan activity advertised was no longer available, yet it was still listed on the blackboard and promoted online. In reality, there weren't many activities to do. If service quality cannot be guaranteed, why not open fewer rooms and focus more on service quality? I hope the hotel management considers improvements for the future. Overall, I found it acceptable, but it didn't quite live up to the hype, especially considering the value for money during the holiday season.

This hotel is good, the location is good, the room is clean and tidy, the sheets are new, and there is plenty of hot water. The reception service attitude is very good, the surrounding environment is also very good, and it is convenient to buy things and eat. It is about 900 meters away from the subway station, which is a little far, but everything else is fine.

We encountered a room assignment issue upon check-in. Although we had booked a different room type, we were initially given a twin room by mistake. After we had already settled in and were resting, the hotel called and said there was an error and that we would need to pay extra to stay in the current room. Fortunately, after communication, the hotel helped us switch back to the room we had originally reserved. While we appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, we feel the situation could have been handled more professionally and with less disruption. Hopefully this feedback helps improve service for future guests.

A lovely opportunity to experience Chinese hospitality. I stayed with my cat and we felt very welcome. The owner is very attentive and looks well after his guests. It is good to know that the reception is in the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A quiet area and house, just perfect if you need a good rest or travel with an anxious pet.

The floor-to-ceiling window offers a great view of Hefei's nightscape. The AC and Wi-Fi both worked perfectly, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard. Housekeeping did a very thorough job. The front desk staff were friendly, and parking was free. It's also super close to both the train station and the metro, making for a really comfortable stay. 👍
