Beware This hotel is not a 5 star 3 star or 4 if been kind rooms are out dated breakfast is a free for all and terrible queuing up at coffee machine more like a all inclusive holiday in Spain

First of all, the shuttle service was incredibly convenient, making our journey much easier. The pool is good, perfect to enjoy, and there’s a lovely beach for relaxation. The breakfast was diverse, offering a wide range of options to satisfy different tastes, both Western and Asian. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with the housekeeping maintaining a high standard. The only minor issue was that there was some noise in the morning due to a small maintenance request I made at check-in. However, the staff kindly informed us in advance, so it was manageable.

Great location, private beach with the softest sand ever, nice breakfast spread & friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel as it’s good value for money too!

Overall is good. The staffs are polite and the environment is quiet and comfortable. The view from the room is beautiful. I was a little disappointed that the room wasn’t  cleaned very well. When I checked in, I found the piece of dust that has not been dealt with.

I like almost everything. People are very polite and friendly. The beach was clean. Breakfast was good.

It is fine hotel not the best but I think Novotel hotel was much better food extra

The sea view rooms offer beautiful views, a rich breakfast, and the staff are very nice. However, the room facilities are a bit dated, and the hot water in my room's shower wasn't hot. If you encounter any issues with the facilities, please call and report them immediately; the hotel is happy to resolve them. Only two 350ml bottles of mineral water are provided, so be sure to bring more.

An old-fashioned star hotel with a rich and varied breakfast. There is a swimming pool and beach, but the beach is undeveloped and the water is a bit turbid. The room corridor is not soundproofed and you can hear a lot of people walking around after 6 o'clock.
