I could not thank enough.. uncle soooo nice and really helpful.. i had trouble with opening door at level 1.. he always there to help even 2 or 3 times in a day.. he even very considerate to keep his dog away from lobby (most of customers are muslims).. the last day 20/5/25, i short money to pay motorbike rent and already ordered grab, couldnt pay enough cash for motorbike rent, he gave discount so that i didnt have to pay😭.. i swear i will pay back when i visit phu quoc again.. please3x stay at hoang hon hotel.. the view of cable car and sea view was amazing.. can watch fireworks from rooftop also.. halal restaurant is just in front of hotel, and walkable to cable car station too. LOVE 1000x from muslim malaysian❤️ will miss you uncle.. see you again

Everything was great but the hotel needs a little more effort on the cleanliness of the room. Mr. Dinh is a great guy and very helpful regardless of our language barrier, he helped us throughout our entire stay. Mr. Khai next door (massage parlor) is as helpful as Mr. Dinh. They both are the sweetest! If two girls are planning to visit, I’d definitely recommend this place as you’ll be in safe hands.

New hotel. Clean. Excellent and absolutely new inverter quiet air conditioner and LG TV. Plumbing works well, bed linen is clean. The balcony has a magnificent view. The administrator suggested me to watch the daily fireworks from the roof of the hotel. The administrator is very kind and attentive to guests. I recommend this hotel. Tickets for the cable car and much more can be purchased at the hotel. The price will be the same as through the ticket office at the entrance to the cable car.

The owner is also very kind, takes good care of us, and is humorous!! The interior is also very clean, and we were able to rest very comfortably during our stay. It was also great because it was close to the cable car!! It is also a great location for watching fireworks and sunsets.
