Because our other hotel cancelled our stay we booked last minute a week at the Premier Residences. Top hotel and great value for money. I can recommend it and will definitely stay there again !

The hotel was a value for money. Facilities could be a bit run down and need fixing up. Kids friendly and e pool is big. Beach is nice with clean water and sand. Breakfast selection is good. There are a few massage places and convenient stores outside the hotel. The free kiss of the sea show is definitely worth it especially it's free for all the hotel guests.

The hotel is clearly not 5 stars, one of the worst where we have been. A lot of package tourists who behave terribly. Everything in the hotel is done on stream. None of the staff cares about you. There is a constant crowd of people leaving/arriving in the lobby. It's dirty everywhere. When you arrive, you see a very dirty roof over the main entrance. This is a Turkish hotel with a corresponding contingent. There are holes in the floor in the room, swollen and bad furniture everywhere, the door to the balcony does not close (the hole through which the lizard climbed to us at night), a bad refrigerator. The price is clearly too high, I do not recommend it and will never stop again. The only plus is the tickets to the show, that's it.

The price policies, including the facilities, breakfast, and service, are cost-effective. Especially in this area, it is an affordable five-star hotel. However, the kindness of the staff is jagged. Some staff are friendly, but some are unfriendly than a three-star hotel and also most of them do not speak English well. Even the reception desk is like that. Nevertheless, there are many guests who have the advantage of being able to watch shows in Sunset Town for free and the cheap accommodation. The pool is especially good. In conclusion, the facilities and cost-effectiveness are good, but the staff training and kindness are the worst among the five-star hotels that I've experienced for 2 weeks in Phu Quoc. Nevertheless, considering the higher price of nearby hotel, you'd better stay at this hotel, being careful not to disturb the employees' temper. It's a residence, so there are also cooking facilities except for dishes.

Location is good. Many facilities including free use of sauna. Free shuttle bus to different places and sunset town. Free ticket to Kiss of the Sea Show at 9.30pm
