Nice view . Large swimming pool. Has private beach and offer kayaking, beach volleyball activities. Shuttle bus to night market and airport is very convenient. My husband wasn’t feeling well and hotel quickly arranged a doctor to assist. The bath wasn’t cleaned thoroughly.

In general hotel was good. But in the room was a bit smell due to humidity

All around experience was great. Just a few minor items that surprised me a little. The staff had great attitudes but lacked some experience when handling situations. Offering a shuttle bus at 18:00 to help get to an ATM at 11:00 in the morning was bizarre to me. The Cabana room was great, except for some minor things that I wouldn't consider to be a 5-star resort. The cover for the comforter had a massive hole for putting on and taking off right in the middle. No zipper or any closing at the end so it was a little uncomfortable while sleeping. Mad Cow restaurant was also just ok for the level of restaurant it is claimed to be. The night market is very close and they provide free shuttles to and from the airport and nearby night market. Still, a great experience at this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Pullman Resort in Phu Quoc! The culinary experience surpassed expectations with a diverse menu and delicious local dishes. The resort's facilities were top-notch, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. From the well-maintained pools to the attentive staff, it was a truly enjoyable getaway. Highly recommend for a memorable vacation!

Pullman Phu Quoc is a very good resort. It is however located in a wasteland area awaiting further developments, so it's surrounded by roads but nothing else. It's a 20min walk to the nearest shops. However the resort is very good and caters for every need. The beach is clean and the swimming is good, nets surround the swimming area. Free transfers into town was a good idea as was free transport to the airport. Hotel staff are great, most speak English. Rooms are super clean and comfortable if a little quirky in design and the AC is a bit weak. Altogether Pullman does a great job. Sunsets were amazing!

Hotel in a good location, the spa for massage is extremely good, also the mad cow restaurant very good price.

Everything is great. Will come back again next year.

It was great hotel to stay with my family. Breakfast was served as a buffet. Every morning it was different, so you will not get bored. We really loved the pool, it is safe for kids. Ocean side was so beautiful, comparing to the other resorts there were huge swimming area. I suggest you to go there during sunset, best timing to sleep in the ocean. Our return flight was early in the morning so we had to leave around 5 am. Hotel staffs even prepared our breakfast in to go boxes so we can enjoy our last breakfast at airport. It was a beautiful holiday for us.

You can feel the service the moment you step into the resort!! Front desk staffs are all professional, friendly, and always proactively assist with the luggages. During the stay, we even got the complimentary simple decor and cake for our anniversary. Turndown service also offered although we just stayed for 1 night + free fruits prepared for us👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 In terms of facilities, the swimming pool is super huge and instagrammable for sure!! Mostly importantly, it operates until 10 pm where we can enjoy it until night time. And definitely complimentary airport round trip is offered as long as you informed the hotel 1 day earlier. Highly recommend and hopefully we can visit again!!!

Everything is cool here.. But sauna, steam were not included with a room... Had to pay... I never seen any other 5 star resort had that policy.... But overall it was good... Friendly staffs... Great pool... Food is average... But reasonably allocated price

Amazing service. Top notch resort. Got a free upgrade to a better room too. The only small issue was that the location wasn't the best - it was some distance from many of the bustling areas. Would be great if the hotel scheduled more bus services to various parts of the island.
