I want to say a big thank you to the hotel staff! The service is top notch, they do everything to satisfy any requests! The hotel area is clean and well-groomed, lots of greenery! The food is delicious, there are dishes for different countries and different taste preferences, there is also a menu for children! I recommend this hotel for visiting! Our family was pleased with the vacation. 🫶

Super greenery in and around hotel. ..good shopping market in front of Novotel.....Only concern is....as evening closes in....so do the mosquito near reception area.......overall food also great with indian jeera rice ....nice and lovely stay

Good place for family, we enjoy the view as well as the swimming pool.
There are many type of food, we like it.
Yet there is smell in bathroom.

Excellent hotel — perfect for families.
The hotel is beautiful and modern, with a great pool, excellent breakfast, and good service overall. One nice surprise was the pickleball courts, which weren’t mentioned in the description — a fun bonus!
There were many families with children during my stay, so it definitely feels more like a family-friendly hotel than a couples’ getaway. Still, the overall experience was fantastic.

Novotel Phu Quoc offers a peaceful beachfront stay with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and excellent pools. The breakfast is great, and while it’s a bit far from the town, it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort and tranquility.
