Avoid at ALL costs. We arrived at 6pm and left at 9 am next morning. Would have left sooner but was a bit late to arrange another hotel. In a shady part of town . Very run down . The Hotel in the past was probably lovely - now it’s tired with both pools a horrible dirty green color,stained threadbare towels,shower that barely works and floods the bathroom. Had to get the very young non English speaking receptionist lad up x3 to get our electronic room key to work.The breakfast was minimal and the whole place felt forgotten. We left after 15 hours - our tour organizers couldn’t get a refund as it was less than 24 hours.We felt the need to leave within an hour of arrival but in the end losing 3 days of hotel fees was probably the best outcome .

The exterior is old world charm but dated. The room was clean and big with strange bathroom layout ie no barrier between the shower and bath to the rest of the bathroom. Breakfast plentiful but food uncovered with swarms of little bugs all over the salads. Nobody understands English so any small issue is a problem to overcome. The wifi is very patchy and there's no hot water, at all. The room alarm was going from 6-9am when I complained to a number of people. The guests were so noisy that they yelled across the hallways until 1am, one night playing soccer. The noise would start before 6am with cleaning staff participating as well. I didn't enjoy my stay.

Hotel and staff were fine. Breakfast could be better I overpaid booking thru Agoda.com and submitted several proofs of lower price ,same room same dates, even on Agoda,'s own site but they just stonewalled me. Don't book with Agoda. Also it is impossible to contact a real human for assistance with Agoda.

Single worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, on the first morning there I left the room for an hour to return to my GoPro and charger equipment had been removed from its case, suddenly staff at reception could not speak English! Avoid this place at all costs

Уютный отель, комфортные номера, удобные кровати, ежедневная смена полотенец. Доброжелательный, внимательный персонал- огромное СПАСИБО! Завтраки так себе, маловато овощей и фруктов , сыра вообще никогда не было. И, наверно, деток сложно было бы накормить. Пляж Лонг бич через дорогу ( переходить осторожно!!)) минут 5-7, море классное, чистое, глубина нормальная. Лежаки либо платно - около 200 руб, либо можно купить напиток или массаж. Теперь о принимающей компании: Selfie Travel - 1. Встретили - проводили нормально 2. "Ложка Дегтя" - отельный гид Татьяна- про нее подробнее: - явилась единственный раз - отношение к клиентам авторитарное, императивное, пренебрежительное. - на вопросы, связанные с пребыванием в отеле и окружением не отвечала, т к. не знала ответа. Сослалась, на то, что у нее слишком много отелей и знать что там вокруг она не обязана. Если не знает , зачем она нужна??? Какой же она отельный гид? - элементарно не образована, т к. даже не смогла, сказать в какой части острова находится наш отель и даже не поняла суть вопроса. - отельный гид Татьяна -исключительно продавщица туров, что вероятно самое ценное ля Селфи тревел 🤣 - Информации и пользы от нее был ноль. 3. Экскурсии очень дорогие, плохо организованы, гиды непрофессиональные - брали 4 экскурсии. Не рекомендую их брать, кроме обзорной за 29 дол. Положительное впечатление-Гид Елена - экзотик программа - отличная речь, прекрасное повествование, внимательное отношение к туристам И начинающий гид Комрат очень старался, но лучшее у него впереди. На острове есть 2 бесплатных зелёных комфортных автобуса 17 и 19 , на которых можно самостоятельно добраться до любых достопримечательностей острова и недорогое такси В целом отдохнули отлично, отель рекомендуем - хорошее отношение цена- качество
