Avoid at ALL costs. We arrived at 6pm and left at 9 am next morning. Would have left sooner but was a bit late to arrange another hotel. In a shady part of town . Very run down . The Hotel in the past was probably lovely - now it’s tired with both pools a horrible dirty green color,stained threadbare towels,shower that barely works and floods the bathroom. Had to get the very young non English speaking receptionist lad up x3 to get our electronic room key to work.The breakfast was minimal and the whole place felt forgotten. We left after 15 hours - our tour organizers couldn’t get a refund as it was less than 24 hours.We felt the need to leave within an hour of arrival but in the end losing 3 days of hotel fees was probably the best outcome .

The exterior is old world charm but dated. The room was clean and big with strange bathroom layout ie no barrier between the shower and bath to the rest of the bathroom. Breakfast plentiful but food uncovered with swarms of little bugs all over the salads. Nobody understands English so any small issue is a problem to overcome. The wifi is very patchy and there's no hot water, at all. The room alarm was going from 6-9am when I complained to a number of people. The guests were so noisy that they yelled across the hallways until 1am, one night playing soccer. The noise would start before 6am with cleaning staff participating as well. I didn't enjoy my stay.

Hotel and staff were fine. Breakfast could be better I overpaid booking thru Agoda.com and submitted several proofs of lower price ,same room same dates, even on Agoda,'s own site but they just stonewalled me. Don't book with Agoda. Also it is impossible to contact a real human for assistance with Agoda.

Single worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, on the first morning there I left the room for an hour to return to my GoPro and charger equipment had been removed from its case, suddenly staff at reception could not speak English! Avoid this place at all costs

Cozy hotel, comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, daily change of towels. Friendly, attentive staff - a huge THANK YOU! Breakfasts are so-so, not enough vegetables and fruits, there was never any cheese at all. And, probably, it would be difficult to feed the children. Long Beach is across the road (cross carefully!!)) 5-7 minutes, the sea is cool, clean, the depth is normal. Sun loungers are either for a fee - about 200 rubles, or you can buy a drink or massage. Now about the host company: Selfie Travel - 1. Met - saw off normally 2. "Fly in the ointment" - hotel guide Tatyana - more about her: - showed up only once - attitude towards clients is authoritarian, imperative, dismissive. - did not answer questions related to staying at the hotel and the surroundings, because she did not know the answer. She referred to the fact that she has too many hotels and she is not obliged to know what is around there. If she doesn't know, why do you need her??? What kind of hotel guide is she? - She's simply uneducated, because she couldn't even say in which part of the island our hotel is located and didn't even understand the essence of the question. - Hotel guide Tatyana is exclusively a tour saleswoman, which is probably the most valuable thing for Selfie Travel 🤣 - There was zero information and benefit from her. 3. Excursions are very expensive, poorly organized, unprofessional guides - we took 4 excursions. I don't recommend taking them, except for the sightseeing tour for $ 29. Positive impression - Guide Elena - exotic program - excellent speech, wonderful narration, attentive attitude to tourists And the novice guide Comrat tried very hard, but the best is ahead of him. On the island there are 2 free green comfortable buses 17 and 19, on which you can independently get to any of the island's attractions and an inexpensive taxi. Overall, we had a great rest, we recommend the hotel - good price-quality ratio
