Great place, the only downside is dinners, no one informs you that if you want to eat dinner in hotel restaurant you need to book a table, when you arrive there during dinner time there is no tables for hotel guests cause they’re all full with outside customers.
So people, book a table if you want to eat dinner at the hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the peaceful and friendly staffs they are amazing, nice, and always helpful, whatever you need.
Buffet breakfast with a variety of choices. Taste ok.

The service at the hotel was quite good, and the environment feels like a semi-natural resort. However, the bathroom had a really terrible smell, and it was so bad that I couldn’t sleep at all.
Also, I believe cleanliness is the most basic standard for any hotel, but the bedsheet was extremely dirty. Did you not change it at all?

Very nice and green area with beautiful pool to disconnect from your busy working week. Many nice spots for photo. Nice restaurant for dinner however, the western food item is so so.

Ocean Bay Resort & Spa impresses with its excellent service, and stylish, comfortable rooms that create a luxurious escape. The staff are attentive and go out of their way to ensure a relaxing stay. However, the rooms are not soundproofed, and noise from neighboring rooms can be disruptive.
